Booking Conditions

For bookings made up to four weeks before the start of your holiday the deposit shall consist of one third of the total letting fee.  For bookings made four weeks or less before you start your holiday, the full amount is payable.  On receipt of the booking form we will confirm your booking by return of post.  On receipt of the balance we will forward by return map and key details of your holiday home.  

Summer bookings of the Norfolk cottage are for a minimum of one week, Saturday to Saturday starting at 4pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10am on the day of departure.
