Lantern Cottage is a very pretty granite cottage approximately 30 metres from the beach. The cottage has been fully modernised and equipped, but retains many period features such as beamed ceilings, exposed granite walls and a very small original cast iron fireplace in the main bedroom. The accommodation comprises open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms - one with double bed and antique furniture, the other with pine bunk beds. The cottage sleeps two adults and two children plus a cot.

At Wadebridge you can join the Camel Cycle Trail which takes you to the port of Padstow - the home of Rick Stein and his famous seafood restaurant. On the south coast you can visit The Eden Project and the Gardens of Heligan and many places of historical interest are all within easy reach.

Viddy Cottage is a former coastguard cottage situated in a quiet courtyard with parking outside the property and within a short walking distance of the harbour. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes, hand basin and a door leading to the garden and decking area. Bedroom 2 comprises of a bunk bed (a double bunk below with a single bunk above) and a hand basin. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and a W.C. Downstairs the sitting room has an open stone fireplace, TV and video, and a separate well equipped kitchen / diner includes washing machine and microwave. Viddy can accomodate five comfortably with an additional foldaway bed or cot if required. We regret we cannot accept pets and would prefer non-smoking.

Trehalvin is a country house set in 4 acres of landscaped gardens, with some beautiful views across the Looe Valley. It is on the outskirts of the small rural village of Trewidland, which has the benefit of a small Post Office / Village Shop just a five minute walk away - very convenient for papers, stamps and grocery supplies. Trehalvin’s facilities include a heated swimming pool, which is open from Easter (weather permitting) to September, and a bubbling hot tub (open all year) for you to relax in . For the children there is a play area with swings and badminton, they will love to see the ducks, lambs, Max the old pony and possibly an ostrich on the neighbouring farm.

The cottages have been tastefully converted from single storey stone barns and each has its own screened garden with seating. Inside, the centrally heated cottages are furnished in the traditional country cottage style, but have modern shower rooms and kitchens.

Cosy Nest (sleeps 2), has a combined living / bedroom area with a full size, comfortable bed settee, en-suite shower room and fully equipped kitchen. Smuggler's Cottage (sleeps 4) has living / dining area with colour television, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, full size electric cooker and washing machine, and two bedrooms (1 dbl, 1 with bunk beds). Cider Cottage (sleeps 5), is our most spacious cottage, with open plan living area with colour television and woodburning stove, fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, fridge, full size electric cooker and washing machine, main bedroom with twin / super king size bed, shower room, and loft bedroom, which the children will love, and will sleep 3 (please note the head room is quite restricted and is only really suitable for little people).

This 19th century cottage is situated on the Penwith peninsular close to Cape Cornwall. Backing onto the cricket ground, it is about an 8-minute walk to the town of St. Just, and about 10 minutes to Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club. Although the cottage is over 200 years old, it has been completely re-furbished to modern standards, while retaining the character of this lovely old granite building. 

The lounge / dining room, with beamed ceilings and original internal granite walls, is some 21 feet by 16 with a multi-fuel stove in a lovely inglenook fireplace, although the cottage does also have full oil-fired central heating. The large and airy fully fitted kitchen was re-built in 2001 and has all the facilities you would expect, including a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one study cum television room cum bedroom, which in total comfortably sleep 5 people. The shower room has a thermostatic shower as well as lavatory and hand basin, while the bathroom has a lavatory and hand basin along with the bath; there is also a downstairs cloakroom with lavatory and hand basin. Outside, the small front garden is protected from the prevailing winds with a dry-stone wall and hedges, and is a real suntrap. At the back is a raised parking area, and a stone shed. Sorry, but we do not accept children, smokers or pets.

For the adventurous, there are extreme sports at Watergate Bay, 20 minutes away, and for the younger members of the family we are 5 minutes from Shires Adventure Park. If you want to explore further a field, we are only 30 minutes from the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House.

The barn retains many original features and provides very spacious accommodation throughout, with all the modern conveniences to make your stay a relaxing one. The large modern farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped, including Rayburn (plus back-up cooker), microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, together with farmhouse table and chairs. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also a separate WC downstairs. The large, yet cosy lounge has SatelliteTV, video, CD/radio/cassette etc. and French doors leading to a good sized south-facing conservatory offering further living and eating accommodation, overlooking the garden and farmland. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms and the bathroom - a large double with King size bed, ensuite shower cubicle and plenty of space for a cot, and a twin room with additional full size single bed. Outside is a large south facing secure lawned garden and patio with a barbeque, together with ample parking.

The house is situated on a private quay in a hamlet of only four houses at the end of a private lane, set beside the Helford River on the Lizard Peninsula on the Southern Coast of Cornwall. The ever changing scene is of the tidal estuary, with facinating river birds and small boats to watch, from window, balcony or water. Many artists and craftsmen work in this area and there are is an excellent organic farm shop within walking distance. Lovely local beaches and gardens to visit are nearby. There are plenty of things to do in the area, including cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing. Guests also have the use of our rowing boat, motor boat and sailing dinghy.

The 300 year old building is centrally heated and comfortably furnished with books, paintings and items of family history. Every room has a peaceful river view; unique and unspoilt countryside surrounds the house. The accommodation comprises living / dining room with open fire, TV, video, cd, stereo system, comfortable seating for 6 and dining table / chairs for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine and drier. There are three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 with 3ft bunks), one bathroom and a separate wc. Outside there is a balcony overlooking the river, garden and terrace, with barbeque and garden furniture; 2 bicycles are also provided.

Houndapitt Farm Cottages was formerly 19th Century stables and barns, its tasteful conversion has retained much of the old character. Its large paved courtyard is decked out with a blaze of colour in the summer. Each cottage has it's own parking space adjacent to the cottage. We also have a large games room, adventure playgound and a coarse fishing lake which is free to our guests, all this and we are only a 10 minuite drive into the main town of Bude.

All the cottages are of a high standard, superbly equipped (some including dishwashers), and provide exceptional value for money. The lounge areas have comfortable settees, arm chairs, occasional tables and reading lamps and the all-important remote controlled colour tv and video recorder. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with duvets and pillows, bed side lights, wardrobes dressing table areas, drawer or shelf space, and Master bedrooms have a hairdryer. Gooseham Barton is a 50 acre farm situated in the parish of Morwenstow on the North Cornwall / Devon coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Gooseham Barton is a licensed riding stables, established in 1974 and approved by the British Horse Society, catering for everyone from the complete beginner to the experienced rider.

The Farmhouse with its beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplaces and creaky floors, first mentioned in the early 1300's is something a little different and special. Brought up to modern standards over the years the traditional farmhouse character and old world charm have been well preserved. Spacious and very well equipped the Farmhouse sleeps up to 10 people and is ideal for larger groups or two families sharing.

The cottages have been tastefully converted to retain the character of these former farm buildings, and are all fully equipped including washing machines and microwaves. Each has two bedrooms, but the layout of each is slightly different, so that with the use of sofabeds, they sleep from 4 to 7 people.

These three delightful cottages are situated on a working farm above the beautiful, lush valley of Lamorna, which is steeped in history and renowned for its artists, and a mere twenty minutes stroll to the cove. Near Lands End, we are an ideal location for exploring the West Country, being close to the famous Minack Theatre, Penzance and St. Ives. There are many sandy beaches nearby and wonderful walking from the doorstep to coastal footpaths. There are shops 2.5 miles away, with a pub about 0.5 mile away.

The three cottages have been tastefully converted from granite barns, all furnished to a high standard of comfort, fully equipped, warm and very cosy. All have full central heating and electricity, colour TV, video, Hi-Fi, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, high chair, duvets with linen and towels, and ample parking. Hot tubs are an added luxury in Meadowside and Bew Cottage, whilst all three boast their own peaceful, secluded garden and furnished patio. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Meadowside (sleeps 4) is a single storey barn converted to a high degree of luxury, with fully equipped kitchen / lounge area with with log burner and glorious rural views over the surrounding countryside. It has two bedrooms (large double with French doors to patio, one twin), elegant bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Bew Cottage (sleeps 6) is a charming converted barn, ideal for that romantic break. It has a heavily beamed lounge with log burner, and rustic-style kitchen / dining-room with terracotta-tiled floor. French doors from both the kitchen and the lounge lead out onto the large patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a double bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite shower, a second double and a bunk-bedded room. The family bathroom has bath, wc, basin and shower cubicle. Tremornah Cottage (sleeps 6/11) is a spacious "upside-down" converted barn, very warm and homely, with farmhouse-style kitchen / dining-room with oil-fired Aga, large beamed living room with open fire and sofa bed upstairs, and three bedrooms downstairs - one large double with additional bunk-beds, one double with extra single bed and shower cubicle, and one twin-bedded room. The family bathroom has bath, shower cubicle, wc and basin.
