Spinnaker is quietly tucked away, yet with all that Fowey has to offer on the doorstep, shops, restaurants, pubs, beaches and coastal footpaths. This charming second floor apartment is light and airy with the sights and sounds of the harbour close by and glimpses of the water from the lounge windows. The accommodation has been planned to provide a bright and welcoming space in which to spend your holiday.

The comfortable lounge area has a sofa, occasional chair, nest of tables, TV/DVD and CD player and is a cosy place to relax and unwind. The kitchen and dining area is very well appointed with a washer/dryer, gas hob/electric oven, fridge, microwave and a small dining table with two chairs, plus all the extra items needed to make a carefree holiday. There is a useful storage cupboard off the kitchen. The large bedroom has a double bed and ample storage, and leads into the en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated and fully carpeted throughout, bed linen is provided.

The apartment is normally only rented on a weekly basis during the high season, but some weekends and short breaks may also be available, from £125. The accommodation is limited to 2 persons only, no smoking and sorry, no pets.

Trevoyan farm is ideally located just a mile inland from the sea, and one mile equidistant between St Merryn and Porthcothan Bay. Within just 5 minutes drive are several stunning beaches including Porthcothan, Harlyn, Constantine, Treyarnon and Trevone, and less than a couple of miles away is the Championship Golf course at Trevose. St. Merryn is a thriving small village which boasts two pubs, three restaurants, two convenience stores, a fish and chip shop and bakers. The picturesque harbour town of Padstow is just a 10 minute drive away.

Swallows is a cosy and stylish retreat for two adults plus one small baby (not walking, as there is a pond in the garden). The interior is full of character and style, with mellow stone walls, Cornish slate and exposed beams. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and comprises a bright, modern living room/kitchen including washer/dryer, microwave, electric hob, oven and fridge/freezer, table and chairs for two. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin.

Situated in the small harbour village of Boscastle, this 200 year old cottage is ideally situated for lovers of walking and bird-watching. The rugged coastal footpath with its spectacular views and the beautiful wooded Valency Valley are both close by, and Crackington Haven, a short drive away, is noted for its surf and sand. There are many unspoilt fishing villages to be explored and numerous pubs to be tried. A 16th century Inn is just a few minutes walk from the cottage. Boscastle has the smallest harbour in the South-West. The village, and much of the surrounding cliff land, is owned by the National Trust.

The cottage has been sympathetically furnished and modernised where appropriate to include a wealth of character features including exposed oak beams, deep window seats and a woodburning stove in the lounge. The lounge has comfortable seating, TV, video, DVD and CD players, while the fully-equipped kitchen includes cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. A conservatory / dining room has seating for four. There is a downstairs bathroom and two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). The cottage has the advantage of solid fuel central heating that can be run from the multifuel stove in the lounge, as well as night storage heaters. The garden is very private and has distant sea views; off road parking is provided. Children from age 6 are welcome, but sorry, we do not accept smokers or pets.

"Mowhay" (it rhymes with "Cow-ee" ) is the Cornish word for a place where hay is stored. Usually it describes a small barn with a hayloft upstairs and a stable or cowshed below. An Mowhay was a very typical example of that kind of rural building, now newly converted to provide a comfortable 2-bedroom cottage. An Mowhay is quietly located in the tiny hamlet of Brane, right in the centre of the far tip of West Cornwall. It's at the end of a 1-mile cul de sac, so there's no through traffic, yet it's only 15 minutes by car from Penzance, or slightly more to any of the beautiful sandy beaches to the south, west and north. Or leave the car at home: footpaths run from the door to every point of the compass.

The upper floor, which was the former hay loft, is now a large single room, comprising living and dining space and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fan and microwave ovens, electric hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living area is comfortably furnished with sofas and rugs on the polished wood floor, Satellite TV, stereo, and multi-fuel stove. A dining table and four chairs are provided. Downstairs, you will find the two bedrooms and shower room - the Master bedroom has a King-size bed and its own French windows to the sheltered patio area outside, while the second bedroom has bunk beds (80cm size) and wardrobe; this room would be ideal for two children but it is adequate for adults. For safety reasons, we do not provide a cot, but there is room for a travel cot in either bedroom. The house is heated by storage radiators, with additional panel heaters in the bedrooms and a multi-fuel stove upstairs.

Mousehole is a lovely unspoilt fishing village 2 miles from Penzance and 8 miles from Lands End.

Located in gardens near the harbour, the cottage has been recently completely redecorated, and sleeps up to 4 people, with a double room overlooking the sea, and a bunk room at the back which will sleep 2
children. It has a large lounge/dining room with colour television and video, and a brand new modern tiled bathroom. The modern galley kitchen has a ceramic hob/double oven and a dishwasher and will cater easily for a family. The cottage also benefits from full central heating. Outside is a small garden with wonderful sea views.

Please note that we do not accept pets, and there is no smoking allowed inside the cottage.

Mousehole is a picturesque conservation village clustered around a harbour and is a maze of granite and slate houses and cottages, narrow winding streets and cobbled alleyways. Within the harbour are two small sandy beaches. Mousehole has several small shops including a newsagents, grocers and post office, as well as a fine selection of craft and gift shops and a small art gallery.

Lantern Cottage is a very pretty granite cottage approximately 30 metres from the beach. The cottage has been fully modernised and equipped, but retains many period features such as beamed ceilings, exposed granite walls and a very small original cast iron fireplace in the main bedroom. The accommodation comprises open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms - one with double bed and antique furniture, the other with pine bunk beds. The cottage sleeps two adults and two children plus a cot.

Skipper Cottage is within no more than a few minutes walk of all the restaurants, pubs and interesting shops in Padstow, not to mention Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and Cookery School. The start of the Camel Trail and the Coastal Path are all within sight of Skipper Cottage.

Padstow is surrounded by wonderful sandy beaches and is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall. The Eden Project is just half an hour away, and the many National Trust properties and gardens of Cornwall are all within an hour’s drive.

Skipper Cottage is a first floor flat within a character cottage. This homely accommodation sleeps 4 and offers two spacious bedrooms (one double and one twin room), two bathrooms - one with bath/shower and one with a power shower, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, traditional Rayburn cooker with separate two ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and cosy living room, comfortably furnished with two sofas, antique dresser, mock woodburner, TV, DVD, Video, CD/Radio. The town of Fowey, immortalised in legend and contemporary books, is largely unspoilt, and retains its charm from ages past. From the wooded slopes of its estuary and its picturesque coves, to secret creeks and busy quayside, it stimulates the imagination in everyone. Around the next bend in the river could be a modern cruise liner on a visit, or a training ship, like a privateer, under sail. The town itself has several good restaurants to cater for all tastes, as well as pubs serving quality meals. There is a variety of shops - two local pottery shops, shops that cater for the artist, a delicatessan, a specialist bread shop, as well as antique shops and two galleries.

This welcoming house has every comfort you could wish for a pleasant holiday. It has a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and freezer, together with a drying room with tumble drier at the rear of the house. It is a warm house benefitting from its sunny aspect and gas-fired central heating system. The main sitting room is at the front of the house on the ground floor, and has a large window to enjoy the inspiring view. It is well-furnished with comfortable seating for a tired guest, and a TV and VCR for the odd evening in. Through the hall is the entrance to a small, sunny conservatory with cane chairs, while at the rear of the house is the dining room, furnished in cottage style. Upstairs is the bathroom, with bath, shower, sink and wc. On the first floor at the front is a large twin-bedded room, with built-in wardrobe, TV, VCR and window affording beautiful sweeping view of the river, the historic architecture of Fowey and the surrounding countryside. The back bedroom, also on the first floor, is of a good size, and has a double bed and further TV with remote control.

Port Isaac is well positioned on the North Cornish coast for some beautiful walking and bird watching. A short drive away are the watersports centres and Golf Courses at Rock and Daymer Bay, surfing at Polzeath and a little further afield at Newquay, cycle hire for The Camel Trail and shopping at Wadebridge, fishing and boat trips from Padstow. The Eden Project, Truro and several National Trust Properties and Gardens all lie within easy daily reach.

“Wayside” is a large self-catering holiday cottage type bungalow, with full central heating, positioned above the harbour at Port Isaac and the beach at Portgaverne, with its own gardens and on-site parking, and ideally situated within easy walking distance of all local amenities and both beaches. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with its own wash facilities, at opposite ends of the house ensuring maximum privacy should two couples wish to share the property. The rooms are all on one level, so there are no steps/stairs. The accommodation comprises, double bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/diner including microwave, washer/drier, dining table & 4 chairs and woodburner, sitting room with open fire, TV/DVD/CD players, twin bedroom and shower room.

The tranquil plot is large, sunny and provides one of the more sheltered and private gardens in the village, with the house itself sitting well back from the road and pedestrian traffic. There is ample space to store bikes, watersports equipment, wetsuits etc, an outside tap for rinsing outdoor gear and the on site parking is accessed through an 8ft+ access drive. With a wonderful mix of the old and the new, large arched windows, stained glass and contemporary features – it provides modern, stylish and very comfortable holiday accommodation - ideal for a couple, two couples or a family of 4.

Tastefully furnished and decorated, the living area has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD, CD player, a lovely old dresser, dining table and four chairs. The newly fitted kitchen has an attractive range of contemporary units with granite worktops, and provides all the high quality appliances you would expect – fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob; a separate utility room houses washer/dryer and freezer. The Master Bedroom has King Size Bed and Ensuite Shower Room with beautiful contemporary hand basin, WC and Shower. Bedroom 2 is fitted with high quality twin beds and is next to the main bathroom, with luxurious modern suite, comprising hand basin, WC and Villeroy and Boch Jacuzzi bath. Outside there is garden to three sides of the chapel providing all day sunshine.

Trevone Bay is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, famous for its dramatic coastline and wonderful sandy beaches. The main sandy bay at Trevone is ideal for sand castle building, surfing and swimming. Safety on the beach is provided by full time life guards during the summer months. Around a small headland is “Rocky” Beach which is perfect for rock pooling and fishing, it also has a wonderful natural swimming pool.

This lovely cottage is perfectly positioned for a wonderful relaxing holiday, just 20 yards from the seafront, with magnificent sea views overlooking the three-mile long Porthleven beach. Beautifully restored, with a wealth of character, luxurious fabrics and bed linen, it is a taste of pure luxury!! The open plan lounge/dining area has a beamed ceiling, wood floors, ornate spiral staircase and oil fire (wood burner style), while the galley type kitchen includes all top quality appliances - dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The Main bedroom has a window seat with sea views, traditional wrought iron bed, luxurious fabrics and bed linen, while the Guest bedroom is refreshingly decorated, with twin beds, and again a window seat with sea views. Outside, there is a secluded rear garden which attracts the morning sun - ideal for breakfast on the patio, or visit the front garden for an afternoon retreat with your favourite tipple to take in the views or watch the sunset. Please note - we do not accept pets or smokers, and the spiral staircase is not suitable for small children.

Porthleven is an attractive, unspoilt fishing village in South West Cornwall situated in the middle of Mount’s Bay. To the east lies the Lizard Peninsula and to the west, Land’s End. The harbour forms the centre of the village and is flanked on either side by fishermen’s houses, shops and restaurants. Porthleven has a wealth of coastal paths and country lanes. One mile to the east of the village is the famous Loe Pool, Loe Bar and the beautiful Penrose Woods, all under the auspices of The National Trust. To the west are coastal paths to Bishop’s Rock, Rinsey and Praa Sands. There are two miles of beach and several nearby golf courses, park and sports centers. There are regular bus services to Penzance, Falmouth and Truro.

Port Isaac is a small unspoilt fishing village situated on the rugged north coast of Cornwall and makes the ideal location for holidays throughout the year. As well as outstanding scenery to be enjoyed on the coastal walks there are plenty of activities to experience - pony trekking, surfing, fishing, sailing, golf or just soaking up the atmosphere savouring the locally caught seafood. At Wadebridge you can join the Camel Cycle Trail which takes you to the port of Padstow - the home of Rick Stein and his famous seafood restaurant. On the south coast you can visit The Eden Project and the Gardens of Heligan and many places of historical interest are all within easy reach.

Viddy Cottage is a former coastguard cottage situated in a quiet courtyard with parking outside the property and within a short walking distance of the harbour. The main bedroom has double bed, built-in wardrobes, hand basin and a door leading to the garden and decking area. The second bedroom also has a double bed, together with a hand basin. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and a W.C. Downstairs the sitting room has a stone fireplace with multi-fuel stove, TV and video, and a separate well equipped kitchen / diner includes washing machine and microwave. We regret we cannot accept pets and would prefer non-smoking.

Roscullion Barn is a detached converted barn which has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Sleeping 5+cot in two very large bedrooms, there is a large lounge and separate farmhouse kitchen/diner, conservatory, cloakroom and utility, providing extremely spacious accommodation throughout. There is a newly refitted bathroom with power shower, and an additional power shower ensuite to the main bedroom. Surrounded by open farmland, the barn is just 2 miles from the picturesque harbour at Padstow. Just 3 miles away are several sandy bays and the golf course at Trevose. The Roundhouse (ETC 4 Stars), Beech, Ash, Pond Meadow and Little Leighs (all ETC 3 Stars) are cottages converted from 18th Century farm buildings, standing at the end of a private tree lined drive, in a quiet rural setting. All cottages have small private gardens, and access to grounds of three acres with barbeque areas, children’s playing field and a small copse. Relax and unwind in an olde worlde atmosphere, with beamed ceilings, open log fires for those colder evenings, and an abundance of slate and open stonework, whilst still benefiting from modern facilities, such as colour television, microwave, washing machine etc.

The cottages are an ideal touring base for the north Cornish and Devon coast, famous for its sandy beaches, rock pools, surfing and coastal walks. We are 2 miles from the A39, with Crackington Haven, Bude and Boscastle all nearby. A shop, garage and public house are three miles away, at Wainhouse Corner. Clovelly, the Eden Project, and Padstow are all within a 45-minute drive. Accommodation varies from two to six persons per cottage, with wheelchair access in the Roundhouse. Approached by a long private tree-lined drive and completely surrounded by beautiful open countryside, Trecan Farm Cottages are built from traditional Cornish stone and provide the perfect setting for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Halwyn is an old Cornish farmstead, with the farmhouse believed to be around 250 years old, situated in a quiet and secluded valley on the Lizard Peninsula, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We have 3 cosy and comfortable holiday homes and Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available in the farmhouse, which is also our home. The holiday homes have been converted from an old barn and the piggery. Here you will find peace and tranquillity second to none, passing traffic is a rarity, with only the sounds of nature to break the silence. The grounds at Halwyn extend to some 2 acres and include a stream, a small lake and beautiful lawned areas as well as many unusual and beautiful sub-tropical plants which grow well here with the benefit of the Gulf Stream.

Our holiday homes are all personally supervised and extremely well equipped, providing everything you need for a self catering holiday - if you should need anything else please ask. They are well decorated, clean and comfortable and are heated with electric fires and night storage heaters. Each has a colour television and video, cooker, microwave, fridge, heated towel rail and shaver sockets. The beds will be made up when you arrive and all bed linen, towels and electricity are included, as is use of our indoor heated swimming pool.

The largest cottage Courtyard Cottage has three bedrooms (2 double, 1 with bunks), while The Granary and The Hayloft each have two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 room with a double bed and set of bunks.

Higher Tregidden is set in a secluded valley to the south of the Helford River on the Lizard Peninsular, SW Cornwall. The Lizard is unique, an ancient and mysterious place, the most southerly point of mainland Britain and somehow removed from the rest of the country. A dramatic coastline, beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves edge the rural landscape. Fishing harbours and picture book villages give the visitor a taste of the unchanging ’off the beaten track’ Cornwall. The Cob Barn retains a spacious open ground floor comprising living area with open beam ceiling, dining/kitchen area with table and chairs for six, and well-equipped fitted kitchen. On the first floor are three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one with children’s bunk beds - and the bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. James's Barn has a sitting room with open beam ceiling, kitchen/dining room with table and chairs for five, and well-equipped fitted kitchen. The cottage has three bedrooms - a double room with a King size bed and second TV, a twin room and a bunk room, and two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

Valley Lodges are two privately owned adjacent cottages on the edge of the Honicombe Manor Holiday Village, set in the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall/Devon border. The area has been designated an Area of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB) and is part of the area which has World Heritage Status for historical tin and copper mining in Cornwall and Devon.

The accommodation is reversed living. The ground floor has one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, a bathroom which can be used en suite or shared, and a separate shower room with toilet. On the first floor is a spacious living/dining room with a glazed door leading to the large south facing sun deck. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge. The fully fitted kitchen is through an arch from the living area.

Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the spectacular beaches and coastline of North and South Cornwall are all within easy reach. The area is suitable both for relaxed or energetic holidays with many sporting opportunities available. There are extensive wooded grounds with plenty of parking close to the lodges.

Painstakingly renovated by it's owner, this superb 200 year old fisherman's cottage is situated above the beach, with magnificent panoramic views of the harbour entrance and the whole of Mount's Bay. The beautiful lounge-diner and kitchen command breathtaking views from the first floor, with a veranda for an open-air view! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier, while the lounge area has woodburning stove, TV, video and Hi-Fi. There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is off-road parking opposite the house and a private terrace overlooking the beach, with garden furniture and barbeque. Pets are welcome by arrangement, but sorry, we do not accept smokers.

Set in a 100 acre estate overlooking Sandymouth Bay, offering quality accommodation at very competitive prices. This countryside setting has many coastal and inland walks, on land owned by the National trust, with spectacular views and only 1 mile from the beach.

Houndapitt Farm Cottages was formerly 19th Century stables and barns, its tasteful conversion has retained much of the old character. Its large paved courtyard is decked out with a blaze of colour in the summer. Each cottage has it's own parking space adjacent to the cottage. We also have a large games room, adventure playgound and a coarse fishing lake which is free to our guests, all this and we are only a 10 minuite drive into the main town of Bude.

All the cottages are of a high standard, superbly equipped (some including dishwashers), and provide exceptional value for money. The lounge areas have comfortable settees, arm chairs, occasional tables and reading lamps and the all-important remote controlled colour tv and video recorder. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with duvets and pillows, bed side lights, wardrobes dressing table areas, drawer or shelf space, and Master bedrooms have a hairdryer. Children are always welcome and the cottages are well-equipped for all your family needs, from cots and highchairs to safety gates and baby baths. The cottages have either two or three bedrooms to sleep 4 or 6, while the largest property, Grenville Farmhouse, has four bedrooms to sleep up to 9.

These three delightful cottages are situated on a working farm above the beautiful, lush valley of Lamorna, which is steeped in history and renowned for its artists, and a mere twenty minutes stroll to the cove. Near Lands End, we are an ideal location for exploring the West Country, being close to the famous Minack Theatre, Penzance and St. Ives. There are many sandy beaches nearby and wonderful walking from the doorstep to coastal footpaths. There are shops 2.5 miles away, with a pub about 0.5 mile away.

The three cottages have been tastefully converted from granite barns, all furnished to a high standard of comfort, fully equipped, warm and very cosy. All have full central heating and electricity, colour TV, video, Hi-Fi, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, high chair, duvets with linen and towels, and ample parking. Hot tubs are an added luxury in Meadowside and Bew Cottage, whilst all three boast their own peaceful, secluded garden and furnished patio. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Meadowside (2 bedrooms, sleeps 4) is a single storey barn converted to a high degree of luxury, with fully equipped kitchen / lounge area with with log burner and glorious rural views over the surrounding countryside. Bew Cottage (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) is a charming converted barn, ideal for that romantic break. It has a heavily beamed lounge with log burner, and rustic-style kitchen / dining-room with terracotta-tiled floor. Tremornah Cottage (sleeps 6/11) is a spacious "upside-down" converted barn, very warm and homely, with farmhouse-style kitchen / dining-room with oil-fired Aga, large beamed living room with open fire and sofa bed upstairs, and three bedrooms downstairs.

This fabulous, luxurious, waterfront country house has a 200ft frontage to the Port Navas Creek on the beautiful Helford River, its own Private Beach, Quay and Slipway and is situated in a nationally renowned Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is set in 2 acres of magical, sub-tropical gardens and woodland and has a large west facing patio with glorious views of the creek and the hills beyond. It is beautifully situated to catch the warm afternoon sunshine and the romantic sunsets. Complimentary use of a motor boat is provided between Easter and the end of October.

The home can sleep up to 23 adults and children (including 1 infant), and features a large lounge, sunroom, games room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. There are 9 bedrooms and five bathrooms, together with a separate toilet; four of the bathrooms are ensuite, two of which are equipped with opulent 14 jet, Jacuzzi style, circular Whirlpool Baths. There is an open, log burning fireplace in the lounge and the whole house has full oil-fired central heating to radiators. There are TVs in the lounge and all of the bedrooms and a large outdoor table, chairs and sun-loungers - as well as a fabulous, indoor Private Heated Exercise Pool and Spa with swim jets, invitingly positioned with views overlooking the creek!! A challenging 18-hole Golf Course and Tennis Courts are also available (chargeable) at the adjacent hotel.
