The hamlet of Gagingwell has approximately 10 dwellings and is situated 6 miles from the small Cotswold market town of Chipping Norton and 7 miles from the historic birth place of Winston Churchill, Blenheim Palace, Woodstock. This location is a perfect base for walking, rambling or site-seeing from the wonderful spires of Oxford to the historic Stratford-upon-Avon, along with a host of further venues of interest. For the more active there are a number of golf courses and riding stables close by along with other sporting activities. It is also perfect and ideally suited for just getting away and relaxing. The nearby villages of Enstone and Middle Barton provide all the amenities most require including post office, shops and the obligatory village pubs serving a variety of different fayre.

The apartment is bright and airy and contains all the necessities for your stay, living space with armchairs and colour TV, double bed with side tables and lamps, fitted kitchen comprising electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar, shower room with electric shower, hand basin and toilet. The apartment patio doors lead to the gardens where garden furniture is provided along with the free use of a barbecue. Off road private parking is provided for 1 car. All utilities are included in the price as are bed linen, towels and heating which is provided from electric storage heaters. To make your stay more pleasurable we also include a welcome tray. The cottage is ideally placed to explore both the Cotswolds, Regency Cheltenham and has the Oxford Colleges and Stratford Upon Avon within a 30 minute drive. There are also many attractions in Bourton on the Water, just 1 mile away, to explore, and several fine eateries to suit all tastes.

Part of a Grade II listed building, the cottage has been modernised and refurbished, whilst retaining all the original beams, which add to its charm. Sleeping 3 people in 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, the cottage has a contemporary feel with an open plan sitting/ dining/ cooking area downstairs and the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. As there is a spiral staircase, we regret that the cottage may not be suitable for those persons who experience mobility problems or young children.

Short breaks of any duration are welcomed throughout the year; Low Season from 1st November 2007 to March 31st 2008 at £45/night. High Season from 1st April 2008 to October 31st 2008 at £55/night. Please note, we do not allow pets.

Little Vixens is situated in a quiet courtyard setting in the Cotswold village of Blockley, which is ideally situated in the centre of the North Cotswolds between Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Morton in Marsh. It is a relatively undiscovered village with much charm, set in a valley with a Millstream running through. The larger towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham are all within a 45-minute drive from the property. There is a public house, hotel and resturant in the village, all serving good food. A village shop/post office sells a wide range of goods and newspapers. There is also a delicatessen which doubles as a café. Blockley has a walled village green at its centre with a children’s play area. All of the village amenities are within a short walk from the property.

The comfortable and tastefully decorated cottage is set in an elevated position with views, and is accessed via several stone steps - because of its elevated position it may therefore not be suitable for the elderly or young children - please ask for advice. The gas centrally heated accommodation is all on one level, and sleeps 3 (or occasionally 4) people. It has a sitting/dining room with colour TV, video, DVD, CD and electric feature fire. Off this is the conservatory, which leads out into the fully enclosed rear garden and patio area. The lovely fitted kitchen is well equipped, including gas hob, electric cooker and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. The cottage has two bedrooms - one twin/double and one single, to which an extra single bed can be provided if required. Last but not least is the bathroom, which has wc, wash basin and bath with ‘Mira’ shower over. Please note that the cottage is non-smoking, and we regret that we do not accept pets.

Windsor Cottage is situated in a quiet location only 100 yards from the High Street in the delightful Cotswold town of Winchcombe, with its excellent pubs, restaurants and antique shops. There are many attractive walks from the town, including the Cotswold Way, which passes the historic Sudeley Castle. Cheltenham and the villages of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh are also just a short distance away.

The cottage is very comfortable, being centrally heated, well equipped and attractively decorated throughout. Downstairs there is also a dining room, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed - the Master bedroom has a shower room adjoining. Historic Evesham, Warwick Castle, Shakespear's Stratford, Cheltenham for the races and Chipping Campden are all within a 20-mile radius of the cottage. Not to mention the bonus of exquisite scenery of the Cotswolds countryside. Within 100 yards walking distance is the excellent Ebrington Arms pub and restaurant which gives a warm welcome, fine traditional ales and delicious food for those of you who do not want to cook.

Dating from 1642, the cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard, including a new bathroom and kitchen, yet still retains character features such as an Inglenook fireplace and exposed beams. The living room comprises a lounge and dining area, including TV, video and open fire, while the newly fitted kitchen has a Belfast sink, many cupboards for storage, microwave, electric cooker and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin, and bathroom. Outside, there is a small enclosed cottage garden with barbeque and table and chairs to enjoy those balmy evenings in perfect peace and tranquility - with only the birds to break the silence.

Each holiday will include a welcome basket of tea, coffee, sugar milk, butter and freshly baked local bread. Please note: for safety reasons we do not recommend the cottage for small children as it has steep and narrow staircase and open fire.

Over 300 years old, the cottage provides a warm, luxurious and tranquil base for exploring the Cotswolds. Stow on the Wold, with its interesting shops, antiques and galleries plus many fine inns and bistros is just a 3 minute drive away. Other places to visit include Blenheim Palace, Cotswolds Farm Park or the famous Shakespeare Houses in Stratford. If walking is your pastime there are plenty of different walks to choose from. You could explore parts of the 60 mile North Cotswolds Diamond Way or venture up the North Cotswolds Outliers Hills.

Blockley is a lovely village in an area of outstanding natural beauty located close to the Cotswold towns of Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold. The village has two hotels with restaurants and a public house, all serving excellent food, plus a delicatessen and shop/post office.

Otter’s Abode is a delightful Cotswold stone barn conversion with enormous character and lovely garden views, with its own attractive gardens set within a beautiful communal landscaped area leading to a mill stream and an abundance of wildlife. On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises fully equipped kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and French doors leading to patio. The lounge area is beamed to the roof’s apex, with full length windows, TV with Satellite Freeview, DVD/CD player, Video recorder and Radio. Also on the ground floor is a timber-beamed twin bedroom, and bathroom with bath and shower over. On the first floor is the balconied, timber beamed double bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase.

Outside, the attractive gardens are set within immaculate privately owned communal grounds leading to a picnic area by a delightful mill stream. Whatever the time of day, Otter’s Abode benefits from a sunny position, with French doors leading to a patio area for al fresco dining. The cottage has full gas central heating, and bed linen and towels are provided.

2, The Old Bakery is a pretty, Cotswold stone cottage, three minutes gentle walk from Broadway Village Green. The cottage is one of four and has a beautiful little south-facing garden with a brook running along the bottom of it. This comfortable cottage is tastefully decorated, and provides the perfect base for your visit to Broadway and the Cotswolds. The Ground Floor comprises a sitting room with log burning fire, and French doors leading into the enclosed garden and patio, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and guest cloakroom. The sitting room has a colour TV, DVD & video player, CD and open log burning fire for winter use. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric double oven & grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The First Floor comprises two double / twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and Mira shower. There is enough space to add an extra bed in either of the bedrooms if required, at a small supplement. Please note - because of the stream at the bottom of the garden, this cottage may not be suitable for families with small children, and we do not allow pets or smokers.

Entering the centrally heated cottage via a large porch, you come into the cottage kitchen, fully fitted and containing high quality appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, microwave and much more. Through into the lounge/dining room you will find a large log burner for those cosy nights in, as well as two large comfy sofas, a Plasma wall TV, DVD player, CD player and plenty of books and games for you to use at your leisure. The intimate dining area has been furnished to a very high standard to include solid oak/painted furniture, with a beamed ceiling incorporating lighting which you may control according to your mood. Situated in ancient Winchcombe, Rosemary Cottage is a pretty, traditional Cotswold stone cottage which, though it probably dates from the 18th Century, has recently been fully restored, decorated and equipped to provide the perfect home-from-home for a truly memorable Cotswold holiday. Children, pets and smokers all welcome.

The cottage is most attractively decorated and furnished in keeping with its age, with much use of antique pine. It is equipped to a very high specification including electric and microwave ovens and hob, a fridge and freezer, automatic washer/dryer etc. and tableware for eight people. There is a TV and video, a phone, a radio with cassette player and a good selection of books and games. The cottage has an open fire, full gas central heating and constant hot water. There are two bedrooms - one double with King-size bed and a twin; a z-bed for a fifth person is available on request. Outside is a lovely little enclosed cottage garden with a sunny patio and garden furniture.
