Close Farmhouse, built during the early 1600's and extended
in 1743 has recently been renovated by Robert and Diana
Chambers. It is situated in a unique setting on Broadway's
quiet Upper High Street within walking distance of the village
with its Art Galleries, Antique Shops and Restaurants, and
yet still peacefully surrounded by its lovely gardens, fields
and stream. The house has six large bedrooms, each
with luxurious en-suite facilities, sunny lounges, flagstone
floored dining room, modern well-equipped kitchen, large
patio, barbecue, secure parking and helipad. Totally
relax in front of our log-burning fires, cater for yourselves
or eat out in great local pubs and restaurants.

Broadway
is one of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds and
is within easy distance of Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle,
Bath and the Theatre at Stratford on Avon, and London is
still only two hours away! |

Cottage |

Close Farmhouse was built during the early 1600s and was

Broadways quiet Upper High Street. The Village Centre with
its Art Galleries, Antique Shops and Restaurants is only
a few minutes walk and the Cotswold Way (a long distance
footpath) is accessible over a stile at the bottom of our
fields.
The
Listed Farmhouse, which has recently been renovated by Robert
and Diana Chambers, has six large bedrooms each with
luxurious en-suite facilities, and can accommodate up to
12 people. Diana used to have an Antique Shop in nearby
Stratford on Avon and she has created a relaxed atmosphere
using genuine antiques.
| Briefly
the house has a lounge looking out onto a beautiful
Cotswold view, a flag-stoned dining room with exposed
beams and a large log-burning stove, a wonderful farmhouse
kitchen, laundry room, study, and open fires plus
central heating. There are extensive lawned
gardens, a patio with garden furniture and a barbeque,
and loads of secure parking in our own car-park. A
full Fire Certificate has been granted and we have
our own Helipad. |

The
house is available on a self catering basis for weekly stays
or longer, but is also available for short breaks of a minimum
of three nights.
Please
note...we're sorry, but New Year and Christmas are already
booked for this year (2007).

| Note:
On arrival there will be a hamper sitting on the
kitchen table, a couple of bottles of wine chilling
in the fridge and the log fire will be waiting
to be lit. Upstairs the beds will be freshly
made with towels neatly laid out for you.
There are no hidden extra charges for heating,
towels, logs etc. |
