enjoys its own garden and use of the owner's large and luxurious
outdoor swimming pool with a view that is amazing.

La Vacherie sleeping 2/8, is two barns converted
into 1 truly decadent and fabulous experience. |

master bedroom of the cottage has exposed stone
walls and high ceilings, furnished with an Italian
18th Century King size bed with other complimentary
antique pieces, which can accommodate two extra
beds if required. Leading from it are its own
en suite with wc, shower and basin, and staircase
to the enclosed mezzanine bedroom, with twin beds,
which is fun, ideal for children. |

doorway from the master connects to the red barn
and huge living space, with high ceilings again
showing exposed timbers, furnished in a rustic
yet inviting style, original flagstone floor,
woodburner nestled into the wall , warm and glorious
decoration; 2 sofa chairs available on request.
A smart kitchen to entice culinary skills. A huge
dining table to really feast off, large comfortable
sofas that you'll never want to leave! It really
is a room with a view. |

There
is ample off-road car parking adjacent to the
cottages in private courtyards. Because
of its tranquil rural location public transport
is limited - a car is essential. It is
about 1.5 miles to shops.
A
wide range of baby equipment is available to
be hired, with varying levels to suit your needs,
from cots to high chairs, just email for further
information.

of the most beautifully positioned English country
cottages in the Cotswolds, La Vacherie is perfectly
situated to explore nearby glories, with the grounds
of the Farmhouse bordering The Cotswold Way, ideal
for the keen cyclist and walker. Far reaching
views to inspire the artist and writer, a fantastic
view of an historic National Treasure, Monk's
Mill, which is quoted in the Domesday Book. |

is also a games box - ideal for families... Our
four acre field with it's outstanding views over
this historic area and valley is available for
games, tyre swinging, picnics, horses etc.. dependent
upon demand. Perfectly situated for exploring
the Roman glories of Bath, Cheltenham and Cirencester,
or Tetbury with it's wealth of antique shops and
so much more. Well sited to enjoy all aspects
of country pursuits, from polo, to hunting and
horse trials. |

Deposit
of £100 required at time of booking to secure
dates, non refundable; Balance / full amount due to
us no later than 8 weeks before arrival , along with
a security deposit taken against breakages/ damages
key loss etc., refundable should non occur within
2 weeks of departure .
We now accept credit and debit cards; Mastercard,
Visa, Visa delta and Electron, Maestro and Switch.
There is no charge for debit cards, however, credit
cards will invite a charge; please enquire at time
of booking.
On booking, £ 100 is required to secure the
booking, non refundable. The balance / full amount
due to us no later than 8 calendar weeks before arrival,
along with a security deposit against breakages /
damages etc - refundable , usually within 1 week of
departure. Security deposit is payable by cheque or
debit card - not credit card.
Baby
equipment is available to hire at £25
per stay (please enquire) |

| Cancellations |
If
and in the unlikely event we have to cancel your booking
, we will return to you all monies paid to us to date
only. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred,
eg travel etc.
If you cancel a booking once the deposit of £100
has been paid, this amount is non refundable. If you
change a booking, or if a payment is returned to us
by the banking system ( We reserve the right to cancel
such bookings, without refund ) an additional fee
will be payable of £50.
If
you cancel your booking with us between : -
29 – 56 days before arrival; 50 % of the full
rental amount will be payable to us,
15 – 28 days before arrival, 75 % of the full
rental amount will be payable to us
1 – 14 days before arrival, 90 % of the full
rental amount will be payable to us
On arrival day or later – 100 % of the full
rental amount will be payable to us. |
