We have six cottages - four of which are newly built to a very high standard, the other two are apartment type cottages and are situated in the very large farmhouse with their own entrances. All the cottages are extremely well equipped and are furnished to a high standard with comfortable beds and furniture. Guests comment on how peaceful and tranquil it is even though we are only a few miles from town. It helps having a half mile private track!

All cottages and apartments have the following equipment provided: Electric hob, turbo oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafeteria, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, etc ,torch, TV, video CD/cassette/radio, steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer and patio furniture. All have central heating (we sometimes provide additional portable electric heaters). There is an on-site laundry facility with coin operated washing machines, tumble dryers plus rotary lines. Gas and charcoal bar-b-que (communal)

Goss Cottage (Main Farmhouse) - Sleeps 2 + 1

Buzzards Cottage (Main Farmhouse) - Sleeps 3 +1  DOGS ALLOWED (subject to strict rules)

• Newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher • Lounge with sofa, armchair, etc.
• Conservatory • Dedicated parking bay

• Very quiet with 2ft stone walls

This is our most private cottage with a garden and an abundance of wildlife to view from the conservatory. Note this cottage is approached by a path and a set of outside steps.

Angler’s Rest - Sleeps 4-6 +2

• 2 or 3 Bedrooms (3rd bedroom adjoining with Oaktree Cottage), king-size/twin, adult size bunk beds, double (3rd bedroom),  additional 2 on z- beds in lounge and bedroom.
• Washroom/shower/ WC upstairs and a downstairs WC
• Lounge with sofas, armchair, etc. with door opening onto patio area
• Large kitchen/diner with table to seat up to 10
• Store cupboard for fishing tackle
• Views across Mirror Lake and valley

Oaktree Cottage - Sleeps 2-4 +2
