The Gatehouse is a single-storey, converted barn. It is private and secluded, while being close to the village. At Charmouth, the beach amenities include a café, a fossil shop, and the Heritage Centre where the geology of this famous Jurassic coast is illustrated and explained. Even without leaving the Gatehouse, gorgeous views of the West Dorset countryside or a glimpse of the World Heritage Coast can be enjoyed. Access to the cottage is via a 200 metre, all-weather farm track, with off-road parking.

The cottage has a spacious open-plan living room comprising a kitchen / dining area and lounge with double doors opening onto a private patio and garden. The lounge has a TV equipped with a Freeview Digibox, a video player and a CD player, while the kitchen units include electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The entrance hall has a washer/dryer, an electric immersion water heater, and the coin-operated electricity meter. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds, and a double with ensuite shower room with heated towel rail, shaving point, sink, shower and WC. The main bathroom has a heated towel rail, a shaving point, a bath with shower over it, a sink and a WC. Bed linen, and towels are provided. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the property.

Garlands Cottage is set in 98 acres with ponds of which you can walk at your leisure, the scenery here at Garlands is breath taking. Bulbarrow and Okeford hills are close by for fantastic walking and incredible scenery, and the sailing venues for the 2012 Olympics, Weymouth Bay & Portland Harbour, are within easy reach. Excellent pubs and restaurants are nearby, or if you choose to stay in and cook, you will find it impossible to beat some of the local produce which can be bought locally, Garlands is your Oyster! For the ultimate in relaxation, take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, or relax in the hot tub! Not forgetting the animals here at Garlands, we have our own private horse yard, mostly trained for point to point.

Garlands Cottage has been finished to a very high standard, and has a separate lounge with soft lighting, beautiful leather furniture and large flat screen TV with DVD, and an Open plan kitchen diner with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, Flat screen TV with DVD. The two bedrooms (1 dbl, 1 twin) have been furnished tastefully, and both have flat screen TV with built in DVD. There are two bath / shower rooms - one with bath/toilet/hand basin on the first floor, one with shower/toilet/hand basin on the ground floor. Please note, we're sorry that we don't accept pets, and smoking is only allowed outside the cottage.

Peacefully set in an unspoilt rural hamlet, just 6 miles north of Wareham and the Isle of Purbeck, this thatched cottage provides a delightful and comfortable holiday retreat. Bloxworth is an excellent base for exploring the historic market towns of Dorchester, Wimborne and Blandford Forum which are all within a 20 minute drive. The beaches at Studland, Swanage, Bournemouth and Sandbanks, as well as the World Heritage ‘Jurassic Coast’ are easily accessible There are plenty of outdoor pursuits to enjoy locally including walking, cycling, horse-riding, quad-bike trekking, golf, sailing and fishing. Excellent pubs and local shops within 2 miles.

The cottage was refurbished to a high standard in 2006, and is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Downstairs the accommodation comprises fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, freezer, electric hob/oven etc, comfortable living/dining room with ‘living flame’ stove and TV/video, double bedroom, and family bathroom with a cupboard housing the washing machine. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. A back hall has a door leading to the enclosed garden, with garden furniture and BBQ. Garage and off road parking is provided for two vehicles. All bed linen (duvets), central heating and power is included in tariff. The property is pleasantly situated on the Devon/Dorset border surrounded by open farmland and is within 5 minutes drive of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast where the quiet coastal village of Charmouth and the small historic town of Lyme Regis are located.The market town of Axminster lies approximately 4 miles to the west, with its main line railway connection to Waterloo. The property has far reaching rural views and is accessed by its own private drive.

Hell Barn cottages are situated in a quiet hollow by Winniford stream in North Chideock near Bridport. The garden looks out over rolling farmland and provides an attractive and peaceful setting in which to relax at any time of the day. Less than two miles from the beach and the Jurassic Coast, and only a mile off the main road, this is an ideal spot from which to explore the local area, whatever your age or interests. There are many miles of delightful footpaths to explore, including the fine coastal path with its breathtaking views. Within a few minutes drive is the old rope-making town of Bridport with its harbour of West Bay offering boating and sea fishing.

The four comfortable spacious cottages have been converted from two 18th century stone barns, and are clean, well maintained and well-equipped. Each cottage has a spacious lounge / dining room with a colour TV and kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. The bathrooms are fitted with bath and shower, wash basin, with shaving socket and WC. Each cottage has two comfortably furnished bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, except for Jasmine Cottage which additionally has a set of twin bunks in the twin room (the other three cottages all have sofabeds though to accommodate 2 extra persons if required). The large garden includes two patio areas and children's play equipment, and there is also a Games-room. Finally, if you want to take out some of the 'catering' from your self-catering holiday, we can also provide you with home cooked frozen food and fresh Japanese dishes cooked especially for you at your table!!

Old Kilns is situated on our working farm in the peaceful rural hamlet of East Bloxworth, just 6 miles north of Wareham. The cottage was sympathetically converted to a high standard in 2003, and combines character and charm with spacious and comfortable accommodation. The beamed rooms are attractively furnished and the facilities are excellent.

Downstairs there is a sitting room with 'living flame' stove, TV etc, dining room with CD music system, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, freezer etc., a twin bedded room with adjacent bathroom, and utility area (cupboard!) with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are two double rooms, one with ensuite shower room and one with ensuite WC. Outside there is a private garden with secluded patio area and lovely views over the surrounding fields. Marden Cottage is situated at Worgret on the outskirts of Wareham. Situated down a quiet lane, it is very private, with parking for 3-4 cars. The property overlooks fields to the side and rear, and it has just been totally refurbed with nearly everything new. It sleeps up to 8 people plus cot. The accommodation comprises Entrance to utility/cloak room with separate wc, washing machine, tumble drier, then into kitchen/diner with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and everything that is needed, with patio doors to patio. The lounge is 20ft x 14 ft with 36 inch TV DVD/Video and stereo. There are 4 bedrooms - 1 dbl, 1 dbl/twin, 1 twin and 1 single with pull-out bed. The family bathroom has Spa bath, shower, wc and wash basin. Sorry no pets or smoking inside of property.

This delightful Georgian cottage is one of a picturesque row close to the church and overlooking a quiet square. It is very warm, comfortable and well-equipped, including all linen and towels. Charming enclosed garden and separate annex sleeping further 3 people. One of the best locations in Lyme, choice of two totally different beaches - one famous for fossils, each only 3 minutes walk. Conveniently located for shops including a truly wonderful baker just around the corner.

The cottage itself has one double bedroom, one twin-bedded room and one single bedroom and across the garden the "Boathouse" annex provides a further bedroom with 3 single beds. Lockable parking bay only 2 minutes walk away. Open all year, Friday changeover. Pets Welcome.

Little Meadows is a spacious Grade II listed luxuriously refurbished and appointed thatched property set in 1/3 acres of secluded grounds on the Isle of Purbeck, four miles away from the dramatic Dorset coastline of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. The house comfortably accommodates 6-8 people.

The holiday accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drier etc, dining room, large garden, patio and balcony with sea views. It even has its own playroom, a TV and video just for the kids, a playstation, dance mat, table football, ping-pong and a selection of other toys and games. 16th Century Stonebarrow Manor stands in 2 acres of garden, on the South West Coastal Path at the foot of Stonebarrow Hill on the edge of the lovely Regency village of Charmouth, West Dorset. Here is a perfect base for walking and fossil hunting along the world famous 'Jurassic Coast'. We offer a lovely Old House in wonderful countryside with the huge asset of never having to use your car. It is available for both weeks and weekends, and is an ideal venue for family gatherings / special birthdays / holidays / large group long weekends and corporate bonding & study days.

The centrally heated house sleeps 37 in 18 bedrooms, 12 of which are en-suite, with 4 further private bathrooms and one house bathroom. Downstairs there is a large well equipped kitchen, laundry, and prep. room, including 2 refrigerators, a chest freezer, commercial dishwasher, range cooker, microwave and griddle. The dining area has a massive square table which seats 24 plus smaller add on tables for flexibility. Adjoining the dining room there is a large open area suitable for games and dancing with sofas and an open fire. The main living room is furnished with comfy sofas and chairs, a small library, a wood burning stove and a television, while the second (21 ft) sitting room is equipped with TV and a wood burning stove. The games room has Pool, Table Tennis and Darts. Four sets of double doors lead out on to the south-west facing terrace, and there is a large parking area in front of the house and enclosed lawns with a picnic and BBQ area. For that special meal we can recommend our excellent outside Caterers and a list of local (some organic) suppliers. Smaller groups can also be accommodated, by closing off some of the bedrooms in the back wing of the house. Weekly prices shown are for 29 people in 14 bedrooms, a small supplement is payable for parties up to 37 (18 bedrooms); long weekend and mid-week tariff also available.
