This comfortable detached bungalow is situated in the popular area north of Swanage town centre and beach. The lovely west facing rear garden backs on to open fields, with a small stream that meanders gently through.

The accommodation comprises lounge / diner with colour T.V / video and radio / CD / cassette player. The kitchen is fully fitted, with electric cooker and gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. There are two bedrooms - the Master bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and the second bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The main bathroom has shower, basin and wc.

Recently restored and re-furbished, Heywood Cottage is part of the buildings which originally formed the Tithe Barn of Boldre. It is situated within 10 acres of grounds and woodlands with river frontage and lake and is adjacent to the sixteenth century Heywood Manor, reputably built by Henry VIII for Anne of Cleaves. The well-equipped, centrally heated single storey cottage has one family room with double and single beds and a single bedroom.

The sitting room is of generous proportion with television / video and log burning stove for cosy winter evenings. There is also a single sofa-bed in the sitting room, in addition to the other sleeping accommodation. The kitchen/diner is well appointed with Bosch oven, hob and microwave. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, food processor and all other necessary utensils are provided.

All linen (continental quilts) and towels are supplied. Central heating and electricity are included within the tariff. Well-behaved pets welcome.

Hell Barn cottages are situated in a quiet hollow by Winniford stream in North Chideock near Bridport. The garden looks out over rolling farmland and provides an attractive and peaceful setting in which to relax at any time of the day. Less than two miles from the beach and the Jurassic Coast, and only a mile off the main road, this is an ideal spot from which to explore the local area, whatever your age or interests. There are many miles of delightful footpaths to explore, including the fine coastal path with its breathtaking views. Within a few minutes drive is the old rope-making town of Bridport with its harbour of West Bay offering boating and sea fishing.

The four comfortable spacious cottages have been converted from two 18th century stone barns, and are clean, well maintained and well-equipped. Each cottage has a spacious lounge / dining room with a colour TV and kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. The bathrooms are fitted with bath and shower, wash basin, with shaving socket and WC. Each cottage has two comfortably furnished bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin, except for Jasmine Cottage which additionally has a set of twin bunks in the twin room (the other three cottages all have sofabeds though to accommodate 2 extra persons if required). The large garden includes two patio areas and children's play equipment, and there is also a Games-room. Finally, if you want to take out some of the 'catering' from your self-catering holiday, we can also provide you with home cooked frozen food and fresh Japanese dishes cooked especially for you at your table!!

The old farm buildings have been converted into ten superbly comfortable cottages, ranged around a flower-decked cobbled yard and enjoying open, southerly views towards our lakes and the countryside beyond. Old Kilns is situated on our working farm in the peaceful rural hamlet of East Bloxworth, just 6 miles north of Wareham. The cottage was sympathetically converted to a high standard in 2003, and combines character and charm with spacious and comfortable accommodation. The beamed rooms are attractively furnished and the facilities are excellent.

Downstairs there is a sitting room with 'living flame' stove, TV/video, dining room with CD music system, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, freezer etc., a twin bedded room with adjacent bathroom, and utility area (cupboard!) with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are two double rooms, one with ensuite shower room and one with ensuite WC. Outside there is a private garden with secluded patio area and lovely views over the surrounding fields. Bed linen, electricity and central heating are included in tariff, changeover day is Friday. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement, not suitable for children under 10.

This delightful Georgian cottage is one of a picturesque row close to the church and overlooking a quiet square. It is very warm, comfortable and well-equipped, including all linen and towels. Charming enclosed garden and separate annex sleeping further 3 people. One of the best locations in Lyme, choice of two totally different beaches - one famous for fossils, each only 2/3 minutes walk. Shops just around the corner.

The cottage itself has one double bedroom, one twin-bedded room and one single bedroom and across the garden the "Boathouse" annex provides a further bedroom with 3 single beds. Lockable parking bay only 2 minutes walk away. Open all year, Saturday changeover. Pets Welcome.

Little Meadows is a spacious Grade II listed luxuriously refurbished and appointed thatched property set in 1/3 acres of secluded grounds on the Isle of Purbeck, four miles away from the dramatic Dorset coastline of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. The house comfortably accommodates 6-8 people.

The holiday accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, well equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drier etc, dining room, large garden, patio and balcony with sea views. It even has its own playroom, a TV and video just for the kids, a playstation, dance mat, table football, ping-pong and a selection of other toys and games. The cottage is therefore ideal for families, summer holidays and Christmas and New Year houseparties. Shops, restaurants and pubs are within a 5 minute walk.

Symondsbury Manor is a lovely Tudor manor house in the very pretty village of Symondsbury, set into grounds of approximately two and a half acres with the front lawn landscaped and the rear of the property left as natural habitat. 

The accommodation in the Manor comprises:- five double-bedded rooms, four twin-bedded rooms and one single bedroom. Two bedrooms have four-posters. There are three bathrooms each with wc. The living room is sixty feet long with a large dining table at the end which seats sixteen comfortably and can seat a few more. The large kitchen has a four oven Aga which is oil fired and permanently on; a utility room and larder, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kitchen equipment and place settings for twenty.

The Old Rectory is a very fine Georgian rectory, listed grade II, set in grounds of about one and a half acres with large lawns and flower gardens to the east and south. Beyond the gardens is a beautiful valley with views to the sea cliffs and downland. The house is situated in the very pretty village of Symondsbury with its parish church, village school and thatched pub and cottages.

The very spacious accomodation comprises eleven double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two shower rooms, very large drawing room with grand piano, T.V. and video and very large dining room, library with quarter-size billiard table, breakfast room, kitchen with large range-style gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. The accommodation sleeps a total of twenty-two adults but the Old Rectory can be booked for parties of twelve and above.

16th Century Stonebarrow Manor stands in 2 acres of garden, on the South West Coastal Path at the foot of Stonebarrow Hill on the edge of the lovely Regency village of Charmouth, West Dorset. Here is a perfect base for walking and fossil hunting along the world famous 'Jurassic Coast'. We offer a lovely Old House in wonderful countryside with the huge asset of never having to use your car. It is available for both weeks and weekends, and is an ideal venue for family gatherings / special birthdays / holidays / large group long weekends and corporate bonding & study days.

The centrally heated house sleeps 37 in 18 bedrooms, 12 of which are en-suite, with 4 further private bathrooms and one house bathroom. Downstairs there is a large well equipped kitchen, laundry, and prep. room, including 2 refrigerators, a chest freezer, commercial dishwasher, range cooker, microwave and griddle. The dining area has a massive square table which seats 24 plus smaller add on tables for flexibility. Adjoining the dining room there is a large open area suitable for games and dancing with sofas and an open fire. The main living room is furnished with comfy sofas and chairs, a small library, a wood burning stove and a television, while the second (21 ft) sitting room is equipped with TV and a wood burning stove. The games room has Pool, Table Tennis and Darts. Four sets of double doors lead out on to the south-west facing terrace, and there is a large parking area in front of the house and enclosed lawns with a picnic and BBQ area. For that special meal we can recommend our excellent outside Caterers and a list of local (some organic) suppliers. Smaller groups can also be accommodated, by closing off some of the bedrooms in the back wing of the house. Weekly prices shown are for 29 people in 13 bedrooms, a small supplement is payable for parties up to 37 (18 bedrooms); long weekend and mid-week tariff also available.
