Apartment 2 is one of our six luxury apartments set in a spectacular location at the foot of the famous Les Bossons glacier, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Chamonix. Les Bossons is located directly between the Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas - perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.

The chalet has been privately owned for the last 10 years by Richard and Jenny Avent, who live in one of the apartments in order to offer you the best possible personal service. Apartment 2 is a ground floor apartment which was completely renovated to a very high standard in August 2003. It has fantastic views over the Brevent side of the valley through a large picture window, and a patio area to dine outside, if weather permits, enjoying the setting sun. The apartment has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen area with essential utensils and cooker with oven, grill and electric hob, living area with twin/double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.

For larger groups, the studio can be rented together with our 5 other luxury apartments sleeping 4/6 and 6/8 persons. In addition, for those on a tighter budget, we can also offer our simpler 'budget' apartments, sleeping between 4 to 8 people.

Villeneuve is the middle of the three pretty alpine villages which, together with the pretty fortified medieval town of Briancon, make up the resort of Serre Chevalier. Located between two national parks, the Parc des Ecrins and the Queyras, there are endless opportunities for all including walking, climbing, mountain-biking, horse riding, sailing, swimming, etc.

This typical old Savoyard farmhouse is situated at a height of 900 metres in the Abondance Valley, a very beautiful pre-Alpine valley, famous for its brown and white breed of cows and cheese of the same name. Thonon les Bains and Evian lie at the bottom end of the valley, on the shores of Lake Geneva. The area provides splendid walking country, as well as having lake and pool swimming nearby, and white water sports on the nearby River Dranse. Excursions can be made to Annecy, Chamonix and Mont Blanc, while Geneva is around an hour away by car.

With its lower part in stone, and upper part in wood, the property has been completely restored and modern amenities installed, whilst keeping its character intact. It is comfortable and spacious, with splendid views across the valley and to the mountains beyond. The large living kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped, and has a French window leading out onto a grassy terrace for outside eating. Also on the ground floor are a single bedroom and shower room with washbasin and wc. On the second floor is a large living room created out of what was once the barn, together with two double bedrooms and a further bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and wc. Attached to the house is a garden / meadow, for which outside furniture and barbecue are provided.

Les Contamines is a totally unspoilt resort offering a multitude of activities in winter and summer. In winter Les Contamines is a skiers and snowboarders paradise with its reputation for excellent snow conditions from Christmas to late april. There is skiing to suit all levels from families and complete beginners to expert skiers and several cosy mountain restaurants. The village has a good selection of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

The chalets each consist of 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one double, one triple), downstairs is a well equipped open plan kitchen, living and dining area and bathroom.

Outside is a south facing wooden deck and garden with swings (Le Bothys garden also has a childrens playhouse and tree house).

This beautiful, newly built, 1 bedroom apartment in Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, has been built to the highest standard, in traditional wood and stone. Eco-friendly geothermal underfloor heating system from the local thermal springs. Ground-floor location with terrace and small garden with views of the mountains. The apartment has one double bedroom and a lounge/kitchen area which is fully equipped with hob, small oven, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The lovely shower-room has a vanity unit, hairdryer and shaver socket. The double bedroom has fitted cupboards, large chest of drawers and bedside tables. The lounge area has sofabeds and dining table, there are sliding doors to the terrace. There is a ski locker and boot storage in the lobby. Only 200m from the ski lift in winter, it is also an ideal location for a relaxing (or active) summer break. The lifts reopen in mid-late June for walkers, climbers and mountain bikers, or simply enjoy the wild flowers and mountain animals. It is a short walk to the village centre, with shops and restaurants, and a Museum of religious art. Enjoy a stroll along the river to Villeneuve or Le Casset, or hire a bike for a more exhilerating trip. The town of Briancon with its Napoleonic history is only 20 minutes by car.

Our apartment is located in a picturesque and unspoiled alpine valley overlooking the River Dranse. Further up the valley are small farms, then mountains leading to the Swiss border. A 20 minute walk along the river bank, or a 5 minute drive, will take you to the centre of Morzine. There are a large range of activities available: walk to Switzerland in 2-3 hours via the Col de Coux; hike all or part of the GR5 footpath from lac Leman to Chamonix; go mountain biking on trails ranging from pedestrian to extreme; fish for trout or go rafting on the Dranse; try canyoning on the Cascade de Nyon, 200 metres from the apartment; climb the rocky peaks of the Chablais Alps; play golf at Les Gets or Avoriaz; swim in Morzine's Olympic sized outdoor pool; ride up the valley on horseback.

Sleeping 4–6 comfortably, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with full-size bunk beds and, in the mezzanine above, a further mattress and base. There is a bath with shower over, a basin and washing–machine in the bathroom and the toilet is separate. Refurbished in 2007 with the bathroom, the kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The living area has dining space for 6 with a double sofa bed, TV, DVD, video and mini HiFi. It opens on to a south-west facing balcony with extensive views over a wooded hillside, catching the afternoon sun. There is a separate cave for storing sports equipment and a reserved parking space directly outside.

Chalet Sol Re, once a traditional farmhouse has been painstakingly renovated into a beautiful unique chalet with lots of character. The chalet is in an idyllic location, situated in a tiny picturesque hamlet called Essert La Pierre, 4km from the centre of Morzine. The hamlet sits up high on the north side of the valley which means we enjoy the sun all day long as well as fantastic views down the valley.

All year round we offer self-catered stays in either the apartment sleeping up to 6 or one of our 4 studios that all sleep 4-5. For those who are travelling around France or just fancy a short break in the Alps you can stay for 3 or 4 nights, on a bed and breakfast basis. Both the studios and apartment provide bright, spacious accommodation, and each has French doors leading to south-facing balconies with table, chairs and wonderful views. Guests are also welcome to relax and soak up the sun in our lovely garden that has a BBQ, swings, boules area, table tennis table and trout pond.

Morzine is just what you imagine a picturesque Alpine town to be. The buildings are true to the chalet style and built with local stone and timber. With stunning mountains on either side and the river Dranse running through it you can understand why we and so many others live here all year round. Morzine is an excellent base for mountain biking and family activity holidays. The snow recedes to all but the highest peaks and the pistes turn into lush green meadows or in the case of Pleney an 18 hole golf course with stunning views. The lakes melt and the aqua marine water is inviting for a dip, but be warned, it is still quite chilly! There is a good selection of sports and gifts shops, creperies, patisseries and restaurants as well as the local weekly market. The town also has an Olympic size outdoor pool with children's pool and waterside, toddlers water park, as well as 12 tennis courts, (2 are clay and 10 are all weather courts).

Les Allues is a pretty traditional village, quiet & tranquil with walks starting right from the chalet door. Apartment Les Marmottes is situated in the heart of the Trois Vallees in the village of Les Allues near Meribel. Some of the most beautiful walks in the area start at the chalet door, and Meribel and the surrounding area offer a huge variety of outdoor activities, including walking and hiking, mountain biking, parapente, river rafting, rock climbing, abseiling, canyoning, canoeing and kayaking, horseriding and many more. Sailing is available on Lake Annecy a short drive away. The weather is sunny and warm from May to late September with maximum temperatures in July and August around 25c.

Les Marmottes is a privately owned apartment on two floors, in a small, recently built chalet of nine apartments. It has beautiful, uninterrupted mountain views, and is particularly spacious, sleeping 6 adults comfortably. The accommodation comprises open plan living / dining area with comfortable seating, TV, CD, books and games, pine dining table for six, and doors leading out onto the balcony. The kitchen area is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washer / dryer and microwave. In the summer you can walk or mountain bike from the door onto the 900 kms of mountain trails, or enjoy the numerous other activities such as White Water Rafting, Canoeing, Rock Climbing, Horse Riding, Trekking with Pack Donkey, Paragliding, Hang gliding, Golf, Archery, Quad Bikes and Mountain Roller Boarding. Morillon has a blue lake with several activities around it like the adventure park (high rope tree activity for all ages) and Pony Riding, Swimming, Tennis, Trampolining and a flat cycle track linked to Samoëns, suitable for all ages. This typical old Alpine chalet/farmhouse, dating from 1847, has been beautifully restored to include modern amenities, whilst keeping its original character intact. It is situated at a height of 800 metres in a tranquil and charming Alpine hamlet midway between Morzine and Thonon-les-Bains. The house is spacious, comfortable and airy, with panoramic views from its windows to Mount Hermone and as far as the Swiss Jura.

The living area is on three floors - the most important room being the large lounge/kitchen on the second floor created out of what was once the barn. The original beams are still in place, together with pine-parquet flooring, wooden ceilings and white walls. The room is heated by a cosy wood-burning stove around which easy chairs nestle. The kitchen and eating facilities are conveniently grouped in one corner of the room, and a French window opens onto a balcony-terrace for meals outside and sunbathing. The five bedrooms, distributed on various floors, consist of three doubles, a twin and a single. The bathroom contains a bath, shower, washbasin and WC. Outside is a small patio/garden. The house is situated at the junction of the Morzine, Abondance and Hermone valleys and makes an excellent base for excursions into them. Each contains spectacular mountain scenery and trails for walking. A variant of the hikers footpath GR5, 'Balcony of Leman', passes through the hamlet itself. There are swimming pools at Morzine, Chatel, Thonon and Evian, and it is also possible to swim from numerous beaches on Lake Geneva. Lake Montriond provides safe swimming for young children and there is a lake with excellent swimming at Le Beunaz near Bernex. White water sports, rafting and canoeing are available on the river Dranse.

Chalet Ardent is a privately owned luxurious catered chalet situated in its own grounds, totally secluded and with magnificent views of the mountains, just a few minutes drive away from the busy resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets and only 90 minutes transfer from Geneva airport. Originally built in 1776 the chalet has been totally refurbished in 2007 to provide a level of comfort and luxury, character and charm rarely found in this style of building.

Chalet Genevieve, our beautiful, stylish chalet is located in the village of Verchaix, a 5 minute drive from the historic village of Samoens in the French Alps. Sandwiched between Geneva (1 hour 15 minutes) and Mont Blanc, it is also situated within easy reach of the beautiful and must see locations of Chamonix and Annecy.

The chalet is south facing & boasts stunning views of the Giffre Valley. In Summer, it provides the perfect base for exploring all that this spectacular area has to offer. Whether you are a walker, mountain biker, golfer or an adrenaline enthusiast, there is something for everyone.

Your stay can be as flexible as you would like it to be. Prices shown are for the whole chalet on a self-catering basis during the summer season (see website for winter prices), but Bed and Breakfast or fully catered options are also available.

Chalet La Valentine is a traditional French alpine Savoyard chalet for summer and winter activity holidays in the mountains. Sleeps 8/10.

The chalet is off the main Samoëns valley road, in the wide Giffre valley, with a fully fitted kitchen, L shaped living/dining area with open fireplace, large south facing balcony, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - comfortably sleeping 8, but can sleep up to 10 plus cot. Outside is a large enclosed garden and secure parking. 80 metres from the Chalet is a Bakery open early for croissants and baguettes.

The alpine village of Morillon is a 10 minute walk, with shops, old chalets and restaurants. 300 yards from the chalet there is a swimming lake, beach, Zip wire, tennis, horse riding, rafting, mini golf and restaurant and café. There is a superb complex of swimming pools only 3 km away. You can learn to paraglide in one of two schools locally. There are 900km of marked walking trails and 600km of mountain bike trails.

There are golf courses at Annecy, Les Gets, Flaine, and the championship course at Evian all just a short drive away. There are chateaux, old towns and lakes particularly Lake Annecy just to wander around on a lazy summer day. The climate averages 25 centigrade in the summer, with 10 to 11 cm of rain per month

Two delightful chalets at the entrance to the lovely Alpine town of Les Gets, with fantastic views, sauna and outdoor hot tub. Each sleeps 8/10.

Brand new for the 2004-5 winter season, these two delightful chalets have proven to be a big success with our winter guests. Just a comfortable 10 minute walk from the centre of Les Gets, each has fantastic views over the summer meadows of Les Perrieres.

The two chalets have a similar layout, and both sleep 8-10 guests in four en suite bedrooms. Each has a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area and large sitting room with Satellite TV, DVD and CD player and open log fire. French doors open out onto the large lawn, where garden furniture is provided so you can dine outside using the built in barbeque or sunbathe on the loungers. For added luxury we have built a sauna and an out door hot tub in the garden to help you soothe any aching muscles and completely unwind on holiday! There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer, secure storage and washing facilities for bikes and parking for those driving.

Les Gets is a great centre for summer activity holidays with walkers, mountain bikers and families enjoying the whole host of activities Les Gets itself and the surrounding area has to offer. The town itself is very typically Alpine, lots of wooden chalets and hotels decked out with hanging baskets of flowers and eating and drinking is enjoyed outdoors while lapping up the summer sun. There is a good selection of sports and gifts shops, creperies, patisseries and restaurants as well as the local weekly market. The town also has a man made swimming lake with floating raft, jetty and slide. Next to the lake there is a ropes course through the trees with tarzan nets, death slides and such like suitable for adults and kids alike.

About 1 hour from Geneva, Chalet Basile is situated on the mountain side at 1250m, above the beautiful spa town of St. Gervais-les-Bains, with stunning views over the Val Montjoux and of Mont Blanc. During the summer, there is an open air Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Sports Area, Children Play Areas, the Thermal Baths & Luxury Treatments, ballooning, mountain biking (using summer chair lifts), golf clubs (the nearest at Megeve)..…and some of the finest walking in the Alps. From the door of the chalet you can climb Mont Joly, and for the adventurous, St. Gervais is the recognised start point for an ascent of Mont Blanc, initially via 'Le Tramway du Mont Blanc'.

The chalet is a comfortable and well-equipped home, and sleeping 10, is ideal in size for two large families or a number of smaller groups. There is a large open-plan living and dining area, with a log fire, and TV/DVD, and an open well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. There are five double bedrooms, three with balconies, and three bathrooms. Outside there is a good sized garden with outdoor furniture, and spectacular views of the valley and Mont Blanc.

The open plan living/dining area is perfect for relaxing with a lovely wood burning stove and large Sony TV with Sky package including movies. There is also an extensive DVD collection. In the dining area, the specially commissioned oak dining table comfortably seats 10 guests. All the bedrooms have TV/DVDs & CD players, all the mattresses are pocket sprung to help ensure an excellent nights sleep and the beds can be made up as either superking doubles or twins as required. The impressive Italian kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with 2 Siemens hobs and Ovens, a dishwasher and 2 Microwaves. There is also a large American Fridge freezer with ice maker.

The chalet is run by Paul and Helen Thrupp, we offer summer and winter chalet holidays in the heart of the Portes Du Soleil area of the French Alps. The chalet nestles snugly on the side of the mountain with spectacular views in both directions along the valley. It is approx 500 metres to the centre of Chatel village where you will find the Super Chatel lift and many excellent bars and restaurants. There are a range of activities from walking to mountain biking, white water rafting to horse riding and golf and many superb places to visit including Lac Leman (Lake Geneva) Thonon, Evian, or the medieval port of Yvoire. Also close by are the Swiss cities of Montreux and Lausanne.

In traditional alpine style Chalet des Arbres is comfortable and inviting. The living area, with its raised open fire and comfy sofas, is the ideal place to relax and wind down after a day's activities. Alternatively, you can step through the large French doors and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony and terrace. After an active day in the mountain air where better to recharge and rejuvenate than in the Sauna and Hot Tub which are available to use all year round.

Chalet Annabelle is a modern chalet with a traditional local Savoyarde feel and has undergone extensive renovations throughout summer 08. The guest accommodation is over two floors with a spacious communal area, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. Summer Activities

On the edge of the National Park there is plenty of walking, high mountain walks, or lower walks through beautiful alpine meadows. Mountain biking, numerous tracks, a number commence from the chalet. The lifts are open in July and August to take you and/or your bikes up the slopes. Golf courses are a short drive away in Tignes and Les Arcs. There are opportunities for climbing, horse riding and white water rafting. Or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view.

The chalet is approx 9 hours drive from the ferry ports, or take advantage of budget airlines and fly to Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble and hire a car. Alternatively take the Eurostar or SNCF to Bourg St Maurice and hire a car there.

Situated in a quiet street, a 7 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride from the centre and main lifts of Super Morzine and Pleney, this top of the range chalet offers a fantastic summer location. Whether you are a hard-core mountain biker, cross country rider or fancy trying biking as just one of the whole host of other activities on offer in and around Morzine both your chalet hosts and myself and Marcus will be on hand to advise you on biking and walking routes, to book you on the activities available and give advise on bars, restaurants and nearby excursions. For activities out of the valley such as white water rafting, ropes course in Les Gets, canyoning in Annecy etc we have a luxury 8 seater mini-bus and will drive you to the activity (minimum of 4 people).

The chalet is the result of a well thought out renovation of an old barn, the old beams and many original features give it a charming Alpine feel while the modern bathrooms, tasteful furnishings and added benefits of a sauna and on outdoor hot tub make it a trully special chalet. It has six spacious twin / double bedrooms (4 ensuite, 2 sharing large bathroom). The living area is a huge open plan room with log fire surrounded by leather sofas and large dining table. Floor to ceiling windows open onto a large terrace, with a great view of the Pleney downhill courseas well as the striking peaks of Nyon and Ressachaux.

The chalet is normally rented on a catered basis, although self-catering is possible if you prefer. On a catered basis, the service includes cooked breakfast, afternoon tea with freshly baked cake, bread and jam, tea and coffee, and then a three course evening meal every night, accompanied by our good quality house wines. In the summer we frequently serve dinner outside on the large terrace so you can enjoy the last of the evening sun and the terrific views.

Chalet Lou Bochons is an amazing 200-year-old traditional Savoyard farmhouse, which has been converted into a very unique chalet. Many of the original features still exist including stone flag floors and wooden beamed ceilings. The chalet even has it's own spring water supply!

These features are blended with modern bathroom facilities to provide the spacious accommodation not normally found in a traditional ski chalet. The chalet also has a large private garden and balcony for enjoying the summer sunshine as well as facilities such as SKY TV, Hi-fi's, Table Football etc.

Owned and run by Chris & Allie, who provide a very relaxed personal service; the food has a high reputation, is all prepared by themselves and served with quality wines (no cheap plonk!). Guests can choose from either B&B or fully catered accommodation and outside BBQ's are served once a week.

In July and August Les Trois Vallées and the nearby beautiful Vanoise National Park and surrounding areas are alive with activities including tennis, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing and white water rafting. Enjoy numerous sign posted walks or take a guide for the day. Most of the main lifts are open during July and August giving access to the whole of Les Trois Vallées, by foot or by bike. Bring your own bikes or hire good ones here. Within the resort there is an open-air swimming pool, where you can relax, sunbathe and take in the beautiful views.  

This recently built Chalet offers comfortable modern accommodation whilst maintaining the charm of a traditional chalet.
