The west facing balcony enjoys Panoramic views of the Maurin des Maures mountains, whilst the upper floor terrace commands views over the luxurious villas and hills.  Wonderful views from every window and terrace from sunrises to sunsets.

A traditional Provencal Villa in a colourful garden within the Old Quarter of Sainte Maxime on the Gulf of St. Tropez .  Two apartments are available, one at ground floor level opening onto the garden, the other at first floor level approached by a curved stairway with a large balcony and all living areas have a sea view.  The property can be rented either as a whole or by individual apartment.

This wine producing property is set in 5 acres lying between the peaceful vineyard covered foothills of historic Grimaud and Cogolin, only 8km from the beaches of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
