Apartment 2 is one of our seven luxury apartments set in a spectacular location at the foot of the famous Les Bossons glacier, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Chamonix. Les Bossons is located directly between the Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas - perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.

The chalet has been privately owned for the last 10 years by Richard and Jenny Avent, who live in one of the apartments in order to offer you the best possible personal service. Apartment 2 is a ground floor apartment which was completely renovated to a very high standard in August 2003. It has fantastic views over the Brevent side of the valley through a large picture window, and a patio area to dine outside, if weather permits, enjoying the setting sun. The apartment has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen area with essential utensils and cooker with oven, grill and electric hob, living area with twin/double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.

For larger groups, the studio can be rented together with our 5 other luxury apartments sleeping 4/6 and 6/8 persons. In addition, for those on a tighter budget, we can also offer our simpler 'budget' apartments, sleeping between 4 to 8 people.

These apartments are bright and compact, but have everything you need. They are kitted out with funky interiors – cool and cosy all at the same time! They all have balconies with great views of Brevent and the river Arve, and they are situated only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Chamonix Sud. They also benefit from the numerous nearby bars, shops and restaurants that this area has to offer.

Forclaz 2: This apartment has 1 double and 1 single pull out sofa bed. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a lift in the apartment block. We even cater for your days off – there is a TV and DVD/CD/ PlayStation 2.
Forclaz 4a: Very similar to Forclaz 2, these have 2 pull out coach/double beds in the lounge, a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.
Forclaz 4b: This apartment is great for a couple or a group of 4. It is a lovely bright apartment with a double bedroom on a mezzanine level and a beautiful view to the Brevent peak. Not many apartments have as spectacular view of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix valley as this one. This apartment is situated just opposite the main ski bus transport for convenient access to the slopes. It is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre and all Chamonix Sud amenities are on the doorstep.

The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard with a bright, funky feel offering cool and cosy all at the same time! There is a double bedroom and 2 pull out double sofa beds. There is a bathroom with a bath for a nice long soak after a hard day on the slopes, with a shower over. For entertainment the apartment has a TV, CD and DVD player as well as a Playstation 2. The kitchenette is well equipped and there is also a balcony and a useful ski locker.

Value for money is our main objective, so we charge one simple price for the apartment and recommend how many people can sleep there comfortably. We don’t penalise you for late key pick-ups, cleaning, linen or early check-outs. This apartment is on a quiet side street, literally in the centre of Chamonix town, only a stone’s throw from the main square and all it’s bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment has a beautiful view of local peaks from both balconies, and is spacious enough to sleep 6 persons comfortably.

The apartments provide basic but practical accommodation and are furnished in a simple style with alpine wood. The kitchens are fully equipped with essential utensils and a cooker with oven, grill and electric hobs. The adjoining living areas are spacious and furnished with table, chairs and sofabed. The apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms - all with balcony or patio, bathroom with bath and shower and separate wc. Outside, the communal garden is for everyone's enjoyment, and is provided with garden furniture.
