Apartment 2 is one of our six luxury apartments set in a spectacular location at the foot of the famous Les Bossons glacier, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Chamonix. Les Bossons is located directly between the Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas - perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.

The chalet has been privately owned for the last 10 years by Richard and Jenny Avent, who live in one of the apartments in order to offer you the best possible personal service. Apartment 2 is a ground floor apartment which was completely renovated to a very high standard in August 2003. It has fantastic views over the Brevent side of the valley through a large picture window, and a patio area to dine outside, if weather permits, enjoying the setting sun. The apartment has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen area with essential utensils and cooker with oven, grill and electric hob, living area with twin/double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.

For larger groups, the studio can be rented together with our 5 other luxury apartments sleeping 4/6 and 6/8 persons. In addition, for those on a tighter budget, we can also offer our simpler 'budget' apartments, sleeping between 4 to 8 people.

These apartments are bright and compact, but have everything you need. They are kitted out with funky interiors – cool and cosy all at the same time! They all have balconies with great views of Brevent and the river Arve, and they are situated only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Chamonix Sud. They also benefit from the numerous nearby bars, shops and restaurants that this area has to offer.

Forclaz 2: This apartment has 1 double and 1 single pull out sofa bed. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a lift in the apartment block. We even cater for your days off – there is a TV and DVD/CD/ PlayStation 2.

Forclaz 4a: Very similar to Forclaz 2, these have 2 pull out coach/double beds in the lounge, a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.

Forclaz 4b: This apartment is great for a couple or a group of 4. It is a lovely bright apartment with a double bedroom on a mezzanine level and a beautiful view to the Brevent peak. As with the other Forclaz apartments, there is a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.

Les Chalets de Bellevue is a new development in the charming traditional alpine village of Les Houches, which lies at the foot of Mont-Blanc. It is only 5km from Chamonix, and a 1 hour drive from Geneva airport. The apartment is ideally positioned adjacent to the men's downhill course, providing virtually ski-in ski-out accommodation. The Bellevue cable car is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, as is the bus stop serving Chamonix and other ski areas. As well as having a peaceful and natural environment there are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a tranquil lake.

The building consists of 19 apartments on 3 levels, and combines modern spacious accommodation within a traditional style building, clad in stone and timber. Our apartment is situated on the corner of the building, providing dual aspect views and light and airy accommodation. The balcony is southeast facing and presents a stunning, uninterrupted view of the Mont-Blanc mountain range. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom and a generous sized living/dining area complete with fully equipped kitchenette - including dishwasher. Within the building there is a designated ski locker for the apartment, plus allocated underground parking for one vehicle. These three self-contained apartments are situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix, the shops, station and ski lifts.

The apartments sleep between 3 - 6 people in single beds, and all have living room / diner, well equipped kitchenette and shower / bath room with wc. The living areas open onto the garden with views of Mont Blanc and there is one covered parking space available for each apartment.

Apartment Bleu is part of the main Chalet but is self contained and has own entrance. Apartments Rouge and Jaune are attached to the main chalet, also with their own entrances. All apartments have in the last year been refurbished with new bathrooms and kitchens. This chalet has plenty of atmosphere and a warm cosy feel. This beautiful 3 bedroom chalet is located in Les Bois - a very sought after location in the valley due to its quiet and spacious setting, access to Flegere ski lifts and magnificent panoramic views of the massif. It is 5 mins drive from central Chamonix .

Following a complete renovation in 2006, the traditional exterior of the chalet has been maintained but hides a contemporary & chic interior. Directly at the foot of Mont Blanc, Chalet Le Bois Rond is a beautiful spacious chalet set in its own secluded gardens with incredible views in all directions, including a panorama of the town of Chamonix nestled in the valley below.

There are 5 bedrooms, sleeping 11 in all. The large L-shaped lounge and dining area has a big open log fire, English satellite TV, video and small hi-fi. This leads to the balcony with un-interrupted views to the Aiguille du Midi and neighbouring peaks.
