Apartment 2 is one of our six luxury apartments set in a spectacular location at the foot of the famous Les Bossons glacier, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Chamonix. Les Bossons is located directly between the Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas - perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.

The chalet has been privately owned for the last 10 years by Richard and Jenny Avent, who live in one of the apartments in order to offer you the best possible personal service. Apartment 2 is a ground floor apartment which was completely renovated to a very high standard in August 2003. It has fantastic views over the Brevent side of the valley through a large picture window, and a patio area to dine outside, if weather permits, enjoying the setting sun. The apartment has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen area with essential utensils and cooker with oven, grill and electric hob, living area with twin/double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.

For larger groups, the studio can be rented together with our 5 other luxury apartments sleeping 4/6 and 6/8 persons. In addition, for those on a tighter budget, we can also offer our simpler 'budget' apartments, sleeping between 4 to 8 people.

These apartments are bright and compact, but have everything you need. They are kitted out with funky interiors – cool and cosy all at the same time! They all have balconies with great views of Brevent and the river Arve, and they are situated only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Chamonix Sud. They also benefit from the numerous nearby bars, shops and restaurants that this area has to offer.

Forclaz 2: This apartment has 1 double and 1 single pull out sofa bed. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a lift in the apartment block. We even cater for your days off – there is a TV and DVD/CD/ PlayStation 2.

Forclaz 4a: Very similar to Forclaz 2, these have 2 pull out coach/double beds in the lounge, a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.

Forclaz 4b: This apartment is great for a couple or a group of 4. It is a lovely bright apartment with a double bedroom on a mezzanine level and a beautiful view to the Brevent peak. As with the other Forclaz apartments, there is a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.

Set in the Southern Alps, Serre Chevalier, with 250km of piste, a sunny aspect enjoying 300 days of sun per year, plus an excellent snow record, must surely be one of Frances best kept secrets!! Located in the sunny southern French Alps, it has skiing for all standards, comprising 111 pistes and 77 lifts. The resort consists of the main town of Briancon and three villages which stretch down the valley. These pretty alpine villages have been attracting British skiers for many years.

The village of Villeneuve is located at the heart of the Serre Chevalier resort, being the middle of the three villages. It is Highly Recommended by the Which? Guide.  Our first floor studio apartment is ideally suited for a family of four, or up to four adults. At only 150m from the main lifts, ski school meeting point and village amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, etc), the apartment is perfectly located for a stress free break. Le Zig Zag studio is located in the heart of the Paradiski area (420km of piste) offering more than enough variety for any level of skier or snowboarder. The Paradiski area comprises of the 2 huge ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs linked by the new Vanoise Express cable car. The apartment itself is in the mountain village of Les Coches which is perfectly placed in the centre giving quick and easy access to both areas.

The apartment consists of main living area (lounge and dining) with sliding door to convert into 2 separate bedrooms, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with wash hand basin and bath with shower, separate wc and balcony. Les Chalets de Bellevue is a new development in the charming traditional alpine village of Les Houches, which lies at the foot of Mont-Blanc. It is only 5km from Chamonix, and a 1 hour drive from Geneva airport. The apartment is ideally positioned adjacent to the men's downhill course, providing virtually ski-in ski-out accommodation. The Bellevue cable car is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, as is the bus stop serving Chamonix and other ski areas. This beautiful, newly built, 1 bedroom apartment in Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, has been built to the highest standard, in traditional wood and stone. Eco-friendly geothermal underfloor heating system from the local thermal springs. Ground-floor location with terrace and small garden with views of the mountains. The apartment has one double bedroom and a lounge/kitchen area which is fully equipped with hob, small oven, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The lifts reopen in mid-late June for walkers, climbers and mountain bikers, or simply enjoy the wild flowers and mountain animals. It is a short walk to the village centre, with shops and restaurants, and a Museum of religious art. Enjoy a stroll along the river to Villeneuve or Le Casset, or hire a bike for a more exhilerating trip. The town of Briancon with its Napoleonic history is only 20 minutes by car.

Within a short flat walk of 5 minutes to the new bubble lift takes you up to the new Paradiski skiing domain of Champagny, La Plagne and Les Arcs. Ten interlinked villages at different altitudes, with 110 lifts and 212 kms of varied runs. The skiing ranges from 1250-3250 metres of 'snow-sure' conditions with superb scenery and a good range of mountain restaurants. Should you want a break from skiing, Champagny oozes charm with great walks or visit Champagny le Haut for sledging - great for little and big kids!

Le Chardonnet is a well equipped apartment with one of the best views over the Champagny village / valley, with a large south facing sunny balcony so you can relax and enjoy the views. You can easily walk into the village centre for the supermarket, bakery, butchers etc, all of which are very good, and in the evening, enjoy the local bars and restaurants. By car or coach you can easily visit other villages such as Bozel, Brides les Bains and Pralognan.

Le Chardonnet is a two bedroom ski apartment that sleeps up to four adults and two younger children - with one double bedroom, one twin adult size bunk room and the lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a lift to the apartment, which is situated on the third/top floor in a quiet corner position.

These three self-contained apartments are situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix, the shops, station and ski lifts.

The apartments sleep between 3 - 6 people in single beds, and all have living room / diner, well equipped kitchenette and shower / bath room with wc. The living areas open onto the garden with views of Mont Blanc and there is one covered parking space available for each apartment.

Apartment Bleu is part of the main Chalet but is self contained and has own entrance. Apartments Rouge and Jaune are attached to the main chalet, also with their own entrances. The apartment is situated approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which takes you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area. Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay. The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet is only about a 20 minute walk from the town. The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage. It also has a small window looking to the rear of the apartment. Les Allues (1100m) has all the amenities skiers and boarders need, including the Olympe gondola lift to the Meribel pistes, the heart of the Trois Vallees, with 600 km of pisted skiing – a high, snow-sure resort. Les Allues has all the amenities you will need and the gondola is just a ten minute walk. You can ski back to Les Allues, snow conditions permitting, or return on the gondola.

The chalet is recently built, traditionally styled and has just eight other apartments. On the apartment’s Lower Floor is the cosy living / dining room which has an electric woodburner style stove- comfortable seating and dining table for six and a balcony. TV / DVD player music system etc. The kitchen has dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine / tumble dryer. Pine open-tread stairs lead to the Upper Floor, which has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, (bathroom with shower over bath, and wc next to this room) and a second bedroom which can have either twin single beds or a large double and has beautiful mountain views. These two lovely apartments are in a small well maintained chalet, in a traditional village setting with magnificent mountain views. Proudly maintained by the private owners, each sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms.

Both apartments are furnished and equipped to a high standard, offering quality accommodation with every home comfort; Apartment 14 is 65 sq.m. and No.16 is 81 sq.m.. The lounges have large balconies with table & chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player & discs, CD player & discs, books & board games, settee & easy chairs. Each has a phone for emergency & local calls, as well as WiFi broadband internet connection. The chalet is just 3 minutes from the chairlift which gives quick access to the Meribel & Courchevel pistes and to the whole of Les Trois Vallées with over 200 lifts and 600 kms of ski runs. Your last run of the day can be from the top of Saulire ( 2760m.) in a single descent, all the way to the blue run into the village. The piste has good snow all season & can be maintained in pristine condition by snow cannons. Apartment Emma has recently been entirely refitted with brand new furniture and redecorated in attractive pastel colours, and great attention to detail has been paid by the owners in order to make it a comfortable holiday apartment for both winter skiing and summer holidays. There is a boulangerie about 150m from the apartment, and a parking space for one car.

The apartment was built in the 1970's and therefore has enormous windows and plenty of light. The refitted kitchen has washer / dryer, electric oven with 4 rings and grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. Opposite the kitchen is the living / dining room, with a beech-effect dining table with 6 chairs, 2 black leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV and video, and stereo; double doors lead out onto the front balcony, which has balcony furniture. The view overlooks lawns and trees, and a lower residential building, to the Super Morzine mountain. A hallway leads to bedroom 2, which has 2 sets of bunk beds (large metal-framed types) and an en suite shower room with hand basin.

The main bathroom has a bath, with shower attachment and glass shower door, electric rowel rails. A separate WC is next to it, with a small hand basin. The double bedroom, with coloured wood paneling, has bedside tables, a large pine wardrobe, and doors out onto the balcony. There is also an extra folding bed and travel cot should they be needed. In the basement there is a large locking boot room with space for skis, boots and mountain bikes.

Le Boulier is situated in the mountain village of Les Coches, with stunning views from the balconies of the Tarentaise Valley and Mont Blanc. Le Boulier is a small apartment building built in the traditional Savoyard style, conveniently located close to slopes, lift system and a short walk to shops, small super market, tourist office, ski hire, ski lifts, restaurants and bars. It is ski-in/ski-out on the piste to Montchavin, just below the Les Coches pistes and only 30m to the nearest lift.

These luxury apartments are privately owned, individually furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
