Apartment 2 is one of our seven luxury apartments set in a spectacular location at the foot of the famous Les Bossons glacier, only 3 minutes drive from the centre of Chamonix. Les Bossons is located directly between the Les Houches and Chamonix ski areas - perfect for those wishing to enjoy peaceful surroundings with easy access to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.

The chalet has been privately owned for the last 10 years by Richard and Jenny Avent, who live in one of the apartments in order to offer you the best possible personal service. Apartment 2 is a ground floor apartment which was completely renovated to a very high standard in August 2003. It has fantastic views over the Brevent side of the valley through a large picture window, and a patio area to dine outside, if weather permits, enjoying the setting sun. The apartment has an open plan layout with fully equipped kitchen area with essential utensils and cooker with oven, grill and electric hob, living area with twin/double sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and wc.

For larger groups, the studio can be rented together with our 5 other luxury apartments sleeping 4/6 and 6/8 persons. In addition, for those on a tighter budget, we can also offer our simpler 'budget' apartments, sleeping between 4 to 8 people.

These apartments are bright and compact, but have everything you need. They are kitted out with funky interiors – cool and cosy all at the same time! They all have balconies with great views of Brevent and the river Arve, and they are situated only a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Chamonix Sud. They also benefit from the numerous nearby bars, shops and restaurants that this area has to offer.

Forclaz 2: This apartment has 1 double and 1 single pull out sofa bed. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a lift in the apartment block. We even cater for your days off – there is a TV and DVD/CD/ PlayStation 2.
Forclaz 4a: Very similar to Forclaz 2, these have 2 pull out coach/double beds in the lounge, a bathroom with bath/shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchenette and a TV and DVD/CD/PlayStation 2.
Forclaz 4b: This apartment is great for a couple or a group of 4. It is a lovely bright apartment with a double bedroom on a mezzanine level and a beautiful view to the Brevent peak. Set in the Southern Alps, Serre Chevalier, with 250km of piste, a sunny aspect enjoying 300 days of sun per year, plus an excellent snow record, must surely be one of Frances best kept secrets!! Located in the sunny southern French Alps, it has skiing for all standards, comprising 111 pistes and 77 lifts. The resort consists of the main town of Briancon and three villages which stretch down the valley. These pretty alpine villages have been attracting British skiers for many years. Guide.  Our first floor studio apartment is ideally suited for a family of four, or up to four adults. At only 150m from the main lifts, ski school meeting point and village amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, etc), the apartment is perfectly located for a stress free break. Le Zig Zag studio is located in the heart of the Paradiski area (420km of piste) offering more than enough variety for any level of skier or snowboarder. The Paradiski area comprises of the 2 huge ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs linked by the new Vanoise Express cable car. The apartment itself is in the mountain village of Les Coches which is perfectly placed in the centre giving quick and easy access to both areas. The apartment consists of main living area (lounge and dining) with sliding door to convert into 2 separate bedrooms, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with wash hand basin and bath with shower, separate wc and balcony. The apartment is on the first floor with lift access. There are TV, video, DVD and hifi so don’t forget to bring your favourite music and films with you. The apartment is situated approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which takes you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area. Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay. The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet is only about a 20 minute walk from the town. The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage. It also has a small window looking to the rear of the apartment. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed, which can be used as a permanent bed for smaller parties, or double up as daytime living area during the day for larger parties. The apartment is located in La Daille, which is a collection of purpose built apartment blocks housing a supermarket, sports shop, bar, restaurant, launderette & with it’s own ski school. The residence is very comfortable and in a fantastic location, with skiing direct from the apartment to the funicular. Free buses also run from La Daille every 5 minutes to the main village. With its own private balcony facing out onto the piste & the mountains, the apartment has a comfortable living area, with fully equipped kitchen and living room with music system, CD etc., TV & video. There is one bedroom with twin beds (which can be made into a double) plus a z bed; the living room also has 2 sofa beds, to enable up to five people to be accommodated. Finally, the bathroom has a shower & wc, and there is a further separate wc. There is a private car park & a ski locker room on the ground floor.

This beautiful, 1 bedroom apartment in Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier, has been built to the highest standard, in traditional wood and stone, with eco-friendly geothermal underfloor heating system from the local thermal springs. In a south-facing, ground-floor location with terrace and small garden it has stunning views of the mountains. The apartment has one double bedroom and a lounge/kitchen area which is fully equipped with hob, small oven, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. It is a short walk to the village centre, with shops and restaurants, and a Museum of religious art. Enjoy a stroll along the river to Villeneuve or Le Casset, or hire a bike for a more exhilarating trip. The town of Briancon with its Napoleonic history is only 20 minutes by car.

Champagny en Vanoise is probably the prettiest traditional Alpine village situated at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. The scenery around the area is stunning!! Within a short flat walk of 5 minutes to the new bubble lift takes you up to the new Paradiski skiing domain of Champagny, La Plagne and Les Arcs. Ten interlinked villages at different altitudes, with 110 lifts and 212 kms of varied runs. The skiing ranges from 1250-3250 metres of 'snow-sure' conditions with superb scenery and a good range of mountain restaurants. Should you want a break from skiing, Champagny oozes charm with great walks or visit Champagny le Haut for sledging - great for little and big kids! Le Chardonnet is a well equipped apartment with one of the best views over the Champagny village / valley, with a large south facing sunny balcony so you can relax and enjoy the views. You can easily walk into the village centre for the supermarket, bakery, butchers etc, all of which are very good, and in the evening, enjoy the local bars and restaurants. By car or coach you can easily visit other villages such as Bozel, Brides les Bains and Pralognan. Le Chardonnet is a two bedroom ski apartment that sleeps up to four adults and two younger children - with one double bedroom, one twin adult size bunk room and the lounge equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a lift to the apartment, which is situated on the third/top floor in a quiet corner position.

Our apartment is located in Morzine, 1km from the town centre and 10 metres from the Telepherique de Nyon. Use of this Telepherique avoids queues in Morzine and allows access to the slopes of Nyon, Chamossierre, Le Pleney and Les Gets which have runs for all abilities. Avoriaz, and the rest of the Portes de Soleil ski area, can be reached via the Super Morzine gondola or the Les Prodains cable car, both accessible by free ski bus which stops outside the apartment and also provides a regular free service to the centre of Morzine. At the end of a day on the Nyon slopes you can ski out to within 100 metres of the apartment.

Sleeping 4–6 comfortably, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with full-size bunk beds and, in the mezzanine above, a further mattress and base. There is a bath with shower over, a basin and washing–machine in the bathroom and the toilet is separate. Refurbished in 2007 with the bathroom, the kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The living area has dining space for 6 with a double sofa bed, TV, DVD, video and mini HiFi. It opens on to a south-west facing balcony with extensive views over a wooded hillside, catching the afternoon sun. There is a separate cave for storing sports equipment and a reserved parking space directly outside.

Les Allues (1100m) has all the amenities skiers and boarders need, including the Olympe gondola lift to the Meribel pistes, the heart of the Trois Vallees, with 600 km of pisted skiing – a high, snow-sure resort. Les Allues has all the amenities you will need and the gondola is just a ten minute walk. You can ski back to Les Allues, snow conditions permitting, or return on the gondola. The chalet is recently built, traditionally styled and has just eight other apartments. On the apartment’s Lower Floor is the cosy living / dining room which has an electric woodburner style stove- comfortable seating and dining table for six and a balcony. TV / DVD player music system etc. The kitchen has dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine / tumble dryer. Pine open-tread stairs lead to the Upper Floor, which has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, (bathroom with shower over bath, and wc next to this room) and a second bedroom which can have either twin single beds or a large double and has beautiful mountain views. These two lovely apartments are in a small well maintained chalet, in a traditional village setting with magnificent mountain views. Proudly maintained by the private owners, each sleeps up to 6 in three bedrooms. Both apartments are furnished and equipped to a high standard, offering quality accommodation with every home comfort; Apartment 14 is 65 sq.m. and No.16 is 81 sq.m.. The lounges have large balconies with table & chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player & discs, CD player & discs, books & board games, settee & easy chairs. Each has a phone for emergency & local calls, as well as WiFi broadband internet connection. The Clair Matin Apartment provides a self catered option for your holiday in Morzine. The modern apartment is situated four minutes from the centre of Morzine and the ski lifts.

The apartment is on one level. It has an open plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to make some wholesome food after a day on the slopes; a lounge with comfortable seating, a television and DVD player; two double and 1 twin bedroom; a bathroom and a separate toilet. For skiing, you can either walk up to the Pleney lifts in 5 minutes, or to the SuperMorzine bubble in 8 minutes, or 1 minute down to the ski bus stop opposite the church. Apartment Emma has recently been entirely refitted with brand new furniture and redecorated in attractive pastel colours, and great attention to detail has been paid by the owners in order to make it a comfortable holiday apartment for both winter skiing and summer holidays. There is a boulangerie about 150m from the apartment, and a parking space for one car.

The apartment was built in the 1970's and therefore has enormous windows and plenty of light. The refitted kitchen has washer / dryer, electric oven with 4 rings and grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. Opposite the kitchen is the living / dining room, with a beech-effect dining table with 6 chairs, 2 black leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV and video, and stereo; double doors lead out onto the front balcony, which has balcony furniture. The view overlooks lawns and trees, and a lower residential building, to the Super Morzine mountain. A hallway leads to bedroom 2, which has 2 sets of bunk beds (large metal-framed types) and an en suite shower room with hand basin. The main bathroom has a bath, with shower attachment and glass shower door, electric rowel rails. A separate WC is next to it, with a small hand basin. The double bedroom, with coloured wood paneling, has bedside tables, a large pine wardrobe, and doors out onto the balcony.

Le Boulier is situated in the mountain village of Les Coches, with stunning views from the balconies of the Tarentaise Valley and Mont Blanc. Le Boulier is a small apartment building built in the traditional Savoyard style, conveniently located close to slopes, lift system and a short walk to shops, small super market, tourist office, ski hire, ski lifts, restaurants and bars. It is ski-in/ski-out on the piste to Montchavin, just below the Les Coches pistes and only 30m to the nearest lift.

These luxury apartments are privately owned, individually furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Samoens is the picturesque neighbour of Flaine and within easy reach of some of the most extensive skiing in the Alps. The 8 minute free ski bus ride from Chez Michelle takes you into the Grand Massif which boasts 265 kilometres of pistes connecting Samoens 1600, Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt, with most of the slopes north or north-west facing so they keep their snow.

Chez Michelle is a welcoming, spacious and very comfortable apartment located 900m (10 minutes easy walk) from the centre of Samoens. On the first floor there is a large living area with a log fire, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven/grill, fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, two twin/double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, and two balconies.

Samoens has the wonderful atmosphere of a real French alpine village yet the ski facilities are bang up-to-date.

Les Regains is a spacious, warm, comfortable self catered first floor apartment (110m sq) which is ideal for families or small groups. The chalet is situated just off the Route de Thonon, 500m from the Super-Morzine telecabine and the town centre. Ideally for self-caterers, Les Regains is just 2 minutes walk from the well-stocked Ed supermarket. A wide sunny balcony runs the length of the south-facing side of the chalet.

There are three bedrooms (one is ensuite) and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. The master double bedroom has double doors out onto the sunny balcony; overlooking the other side of the chalet there is a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom with ensuite shower, basin and WC. The large L-shaped living/dining room and open plan kitchen all open onto the sunny front balcony with lovely views of the summits of Nyon, Ressachaux and the Dents Blanches in Switzerland. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes full-sized oven & hob, large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher; cot & high chair are available. There is a ski and boot storage area downstairs and there is plenty of parking 10m from the front door. There is a free ski bus line (line 'U') which runs in a circuit and stops at the bottom of the lane 50m away.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Val. There is a free bus stop outside the door and the Solaise Lift is 150m away, evening entertainment and shops on the doorstep. The residence is very comfortable and location is fantastic. There is a private underground parking lot for one car and two ski lockers on the ground floor. The apartment is to the rear of the building, therefore very quiet, faces north and west has two balconies. It sleeps up to 6/8 people there are two tri-bunk rooms a double bedded room and large double sofa bed. Bathroom with loo, separate shower room and separate loo. The kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher, w/machine etc. The lounge has a music system with CD etc., TV and Video.

These three luxury apartments are superbly located – right in the town centre, opposite Morzine church, next to the Dranse river and just a stone’s throw from the supermarket, boulangerie, bars and restaurants. It’s 5 minutes walk up to Pleney, but you can also hop on the “D” bus which runs in a loop round the town centre and stops by the church. Each apartment has a well equipped modern kitchen, parking space and a secure ski & boot locker at ground level.

Apartment D (67 m², sleeps 4) is the best of our smaller apartments - ideal for 2 couples or one family. Over two floors, it has an open-plan lounge / dining area / kitchen, with fireplace and balconies on both sides. Upstairs, are the Master bedroom with king-sized bed & ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with double bed, shower room and WC.

Apartment C (80 m², sleeps 6) is a 3-bedroomed apartment on 2 floors - ideal for a large family. The main floor has a lounge with L-shaped leather sofa, decorative fireplace, dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen. A wide balcony overlooking the river runs the length of the apartment.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms (a bunk bedroom and two doubles, the larger of which has a smart ensuite shower and WC), all with balconies. The huge main bathroom has bath, overhead shower and WC.

Apartment H (105 m², sleeps 8) is a spacious 4-bedroomed apartment on 2 floors - an excellent choice for 4 couples or 2 small families. It has open-plan lounge / dining room with fireplace, cream leather furniture and well-equipped kitchen. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, king size bed and plasma screen TV, while bedroom 2 is a double with an exterior shower room and WC. Les 2 Alpes is located 70km (43 miles) from Grenoble and 160km from Lyon airport.Driving time is about 2 hours from Lyon, about 20 minutes less if you fly to Grenoble. The village is set at a height of 1650m (5413ft), with the highest lift rising up to 3,568m (11,775ft). The ski area extends to 220 km with 70 pistes: 11 black, 11 red, 31 blue, 17 green, snowpark, 25km cross country plus La Grave. Our four apartments are centrally located in the village, and provide spacious and quality accommodation - three accommodate 6 to 8 people, while the largest sleeps 8/10. Les Violettes (pictured, sleeps 6/8) is situated 1 minute's walk from the Red Diable Lift and 5 minutes from the main Chandri Express gondola. Le Cairn (sleeps 8/10) is located at the start of the resort, 3 minutes walk from the drag-lift to get to the main gondola, and opposite the chair-lift to the Pied Moutet part of the mountain. Newly refurbished, it has a south-facing balcony and three double bedrooms - one double with ensuite shower, one double and one bunk-bedded room; there is also a sofa-bed in the lounge. L'Olympe (sleeps 6/8) is situated 7 minutes from the main Chandri Express gondola, and has 2 double bedrooms, large open plan kitchen / living room and 2 WC's. La Residence (sleeps 6/8) is situated 5 minutes walk from the Red Diable Lift and 7 minutes from the main Chandri Express gondola. Newly re-furbished, with South West Facing Balcony, it has 2 Double bedrooms.

Located in a brand new development in one of the old villages of Meribel, this luxurious and spacious apartment is conveniently situated near the Telesiege de Golf - a chairlift that takes you into all of the vast Three Valleys ski area. The piste that it runs up can be skied back virtually to the door of the apartment. In fact, at the end of the day you can ski all the way home from the top of La Saulire (2760 metres).

The Apartment is 120 sq metres in all - including two balconies. It consists of a very large living area with a log fire creating that traditional Alpine atmosphere, satellite TV and a video player. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom. In all, the apartment has two bathrooms and a third toilet.
