They are situated about 12 km from Clonakilty town, and 3km from Rosscarbery village, which boasts a leisure centre, tennis and basketball courts, childrens play area, restaurants and shops. Whale & dophin watching are based at Union Hall and Glandore ( a short drive ) which makes Sandycove an ideal holiday base for West Cork. The picturesque village of Glandore is a short drive, as is Duneen golf course (6 miles) or, for the more experienced golfer, The Old Head at Kinsale is within striking distance.

Adjacent to each other, the properties are both very well equipped, including woodburning stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, drier etc, with open plan kitchen / dining / living areas and a patio to the rear to enjoy the evening sunset over West Cork.
