The house has stunning views across to Scolt Head island, and stands in over an acre of land which extends down to the salt marshes and harbour. Brancaster has miles of lovely sandy beaches, and is an excellent area for bird watching, painting, sailing and walking.

The house has five bedrooms (2 dbl, 2 twin, 1 triple - one with en-suite shower / wc), two further bathrooms, large sitting room with open fire, dining room, sunroom, cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, and balcony overlooking harbour across to Scolt Head. Short breaks available. Children and pets welcome.

Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard leading from the sitting room with garden chairs and table, brick built barbecue, orchard and large flat grass area for dinghies or kicking footballs etc.

An excellent area for birdwatching, painting, sailing and walking, Brancaster has miles of lovely sandy beaches and the well-known Royal West Norfolk Golf Club. In Brancaster Staithe, tuition for sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing and boat trips to Scolt Head are available. You can hire boats and there are tennis courts in the village.

North Norfolk has a beautiful coastline, picturesque villages, delightful churches and wonderful stately homes. There are good pubs locally, including an excellent one next to Endeavour House!
