Overlooking Brancaster harbour and Scolts Head Island, this delightfully furnished cottage enjoys one of the most spectacular views along the North Norfolk coast.  The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and has a lovely 1 acre garden with direct access to the marsh and beach.   

The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is very well-equipped, including full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, hifi, TV and video.  

Downstairs there are two spacious sitting rooms, leading from the entrance hall and a large fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one double and two twins - and a large bathroom; there is also a downstairs loo and shower room.  Please note: we do allow pets - but would like to know in advance what type and how many!!

The area is well renowned for its beautiful beaches and coastline.  Sailing at Brancaster Staithe is a popular choice, where it is possible to hire boats and book lessons, or for those who prefer something a little more relaxing, a walk on the beach is wonderful.  

There are many attractive local villages nearby, notably Burnham Market, famous for its beautiful green surrounded by excellent local shops supplying fresh produce.  There are also some lovely clothes shops for those who enjoy a little retail therapy.  

Stately homes such as Sandringham House, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall are all within easy reach, and golf can be enjoyed at either of the Links clubs at Brancaster or Hunstanton, both of which have excellent reputations.  For those with an interest in bird watching there are many opportunities, but a visit to the R.S.P.B. reservation at Titchwell is a must.  

The choice of places to wine and dine is plentiful, and within walking distance of the cottage are the Jolly Sailor pub offering excellent pub food, and the White Horse, which enjoys a fantastic reputation for its fabulous cuisine.
