Swifts Cottage is located in the pretty village of Syderstone, approximately 6 miles from Burnham Market, and 10 miles from Wells-Next-The-Sea, on the North Norfolk Coast. In a rural location, it is set in gardens extending to 1/3 acre, which include BBQ and garden furniture.

The cottage is approximately 150 years old, and has been tastefully refurbished to include modern facilities, whilst retaining character features such as exposed beams etc. It has a large through lounge with wood burning stove, 32in Widescreen LCD TV, Freeview satellite
stations, Free Wi-Fi, video and hi-fi - with plenty of light, and a sofa bed which pulls out to sleep two. The dining room and well equipped kitchen are open plan, and include dishwasher, microwave, washer / drier etc. All rooms downstairs have views of open fields or the rear garden. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - 2 double and 1 twin - and the family bathroom with wc; there is also a separate wc. Sorry, we don't accept pets, and no smoking is allowed indoors.

These two high quality barn conversions have views over open farmland and are just a short stroll to the long distance footpath "Weavers Way". North Walsham is about 3 miles for shopping and new public swimming pool and gym. There are wide sandy beaches at Mundesley or Happisburgh and Waxham, all little more than 6/7 miles away. The Broads for boat hire and fishing are within easy reach, as are a number of Stately Homes and National Trust properties.

Both barns have been converted to a very high standard and are extremely well equipped, with dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines etc. Weavers is wheelchair accessible throughout, whilst Mardlers has been designed to enable wheelchair access to all ground floor rooms. One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement in either property. For larger groups both barns can be rented together to sleep up to 16. Oil central heating included May to September (outside these dates @ £35 & £40 per week)

Weavers Barn has three bedrooms (1 double with ensuite bathroom, 2 twins) to sleep six people, with a light airy comfortable lounge with sofa bed, woodburning stove, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and walk in shower room.

Mardlers Barn has a fully fitted kitchen and an impressive, comfortable 35ft lounge & dining area with woodburning stove and doors to terrace. It has one double / twin bedroom with ensuite wet-room on the ground floor, while upstairs, off the splendid gallery, there is a bathroom and three bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 single with pull out bed underneath.

Few properties boast such an idyllic holiday location as Tidal Shore. The house is situated on the harbour side of Brancaster Staithe, with a rear garden which leads you directly down to the marshes and coastal path. Idealy suited for both couples and families, the house is arranged over three floors. Spacious enough to accomodate larger parties yet well planned, giving the property an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for couples or smaller groups.

The spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, situated on the first floor, give spectacular views across the sea. A log burner and comfortable sofas allow you to relax as you watch the tide ebb and flow or open up the French doors and step out onto the balcony for a closer look.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms, again with fantastic views, one with a superking bed and the other with two singles, and a shower room. Two further superking bedrooms one with an ensuite are on the ground floor, together with a further bathroom. In addition to the bedrooms on this floor there is also a television room, containing a sofa bed and doors which open to take you out to the back garden.

Outside the well tendered garden is pleasantly secluded with lawned, patio and BBQ areas, as well as a seperate play barn for the children, with a full size table tennis table for the whole family. Your own private path leads you directly down to the marshes if you fancy a sail or a dip!

The pretty village of Edgefield is approx. 3 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Holt in stunning North Norfolk. Rurally located 'Redbricks' is about 6 miles from the coast and such charming seaside towns and villages as Cley-next-the-sea, Wells and Blakeney as well as the magnificent Holkham beach and ultra-fashionable Burnham Market. A birdwatcher, cyclist's, angler's and walker's paradise (with plenty of things for kids to do too!), North Norfolk also counts dozens of great pubs and top restaurants among its attractions.

Redbricks is one half of a converted former Victorian schoolhouse, which is beautifully furnished and has professionally designed interior features. Holmefield House is situated down a quiet country lane in the lovely coastal village of Brancaster. 1 minute from playing field with recently constructed apparatus, tennis courts, 5-a-side pitch and a short distance from a long sandy beach and the RWN Golf Club. The area is very popular for bird watching on the local nature reserves. Brancaster has a pub and shop, and a Sailing school is 1.5 miles away. Burnham Market is 4 miles away and famous for good shopping and restaurants.

An Entrance hall leads to a large kitchen and combined dining area which seats 10 and 4 round the breakfast bar. The stylish kitchen is extremely well equipped, with 2 ovens, 3 fridges, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine and dryer are in utility room next to back hall. The large sitting room has an electric fire in the open fireplace for easy holiday living, as well as Sky TV and DVD. Children’s TV and DVD room. Study. Small cloakroom. This house has a spacious landing and 5 bedrooms - 1 with Super King size bed with en suite and Sky TV, 3 twin bedded rooms and 1 full sized bunk bedded room. The family bathroom has bath with shower. Garage with table tennis, large comfy sofa. The village is 3 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt with its excellent shops and restaurants and the seaside town of Sheringham where sandy beaches can be found.
