The 18th Century property boasts a wealth of original features – including beams and Inglenook fireplaces, but has been completely renovated in Spring 2003, including full central heating. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A travel cot is available (no bedding provided).

Outside, there is a lovely, private, sheltered cottage garden with furniture and BBQ – a real suntrap! Off road parking and a garage is also available.

The attractive Broadland village of Reedham is ideally located for discovering Broadland, the North Norfolk and North Suffolk Coastlines and the historic City of Norwich. There is also ample opportunity for walking and bird watching from the countryside and marshes surrounding the village.

The Village is well serviced with train and bus links, shops, a post office and pubs – serving good, home cooked meals and casked ales. More extensive facilities are available in the large village of Acle (approx. 5 miles) and in Great Yarmouth and Norwich (both approx. 12 miles).
