This charming single storey three bedroom period flint and brick cottage is set in a secluded position, in the centre of the Norfolk coastal village of Brancaster, within walking distance of the beach and golf course.  The cottage is over 150 years old, but has recently been refurbished throughout to a high standard by its interior designer owner.  

The accommodation comprises dining area with stone floor, leading through to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.  The comfortable and stylish living room has a gas-fired burner / stove, sofa and armchairs, tv and video.  There are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one with twin bunks), a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wc and marble-topped basin and a separate wc.  

Outside, the south-facing garden with patio area is fully enclosed by a high wall, and thus very safe for children - as well as being ideal for sitting out and barbecuing!!

Brancaster is on the North Norfolk Coast, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  As well as being popular for its long sandy beach, the area is very popular for birdwatching, walking, sailing and other watersports.  For golfers, there is also the Royal West Norfolk Club close by and other courses within easy reach.
