Detached family house set in 21/2 acres with marsh, sea and farmland views, with close proximity to the local shop and an excellent village pub.  The delightful village of Blakeney, with its natural harbour and a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops, is only 3 miles away.  Nearby are excellent bird watching reserves and large sandy beaches.  Pets are welcome, and there are 3 stables and a 2 acre paddock and dog kennel for guests' use if required.

The Cottage

Longacre (formerly Warborough Cottage) is spacious and comfortable and has a large garden with garden furniture, trampoline and barbecue. 

The accommodation comprises:-

  • Conservatory leading to a large, fully equipped
  • Kitchen (6m x 4m) with an Aga, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as a full range of utensils and cookware.

  • Downstairs Cloakroom and wc.
  • Sitting Room with open fireplace, Sky Satellite TV, video and piano.
  • Two Double Bedrooms and One Twin Bedroom upstairs and One Triple Bedroom downstairs.  Extra beds on request.  
  • Upstairs family Bathroom.  

Cot, stair gate, high chair and baby sitters are available on request.  Children's toys and videos also available.  

We can also provide picnic hampers and home cooked freezer meals if required.  

Your pets are welcome, and there are 3 stables and a 2 acre paddock available for horses if needed.
