La Belle Maison is one of two sympathetically renovated self-catering vacation rentals set in spacious grounds, with the English owner's home, 3km from the small market town of Plessala. The area is rich in history, whilst the forest and River Lié are ideally placed for rambling, cycling, bird-watching, fishing or sketching. There are plenty of good places to eat locally and several interesting markets for traditional shopping along with easy access to a choice of larger shopping centres, sporting facilities and tourist attractions.

The traditional Breton cottage gîte has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with shutters – ideal for long lie-ins; an optional travel cot can be easily accommodated in either room. There is a large well equipped kitchen-diner and separate sitting room with wood burner, TV and DVD and original chestnut flooring. A roomy shower room completes the accommodation, which is on one level, approached via a short flight of steps through the south facing, private, enclosed garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area. A separate laundry and storage room is provided for guests' use.
