including supermarkets, banks, medical centre and shops. It
has one twin bedroom, plus a sofabed in the living room to sleep
up to 4 people. The apartment is air-conditioned for your
comfort and comprises:

Area |
| La
Marquesa Golf and Country Club lies in a valley between two
mountains, with wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes
and other obstacles which all players find enjoyable.
It is a course that ranks as very comfortable, yet gives players
a chance to use a wide variety of irons. |

| As
well as the golf course, there is plenty to do in the immediate
area, including tennis courts, bowling green and an abundance
of cycling tracks around the lagoons. Only a 15 minute
drive away are the beautiful blue-flag sandy beaches at Guardamar
and Torrevieja, with water sports and activities such as pedalos,
snorkeling, water-skiing etc., as well as the Aqua Park with
wave machine, water slides and river flow. |

The
coastal towns of Alicante and Benidorm are within 1 - 1.5 hours
away, where you can enjoy all the activities that a seaside holiday
town can offer. The big Theme Park of Terra Mitica, just outside
Benidorm, is a great day out with the family. |
