In most cases, clicking on the photographs will take you to further information, either on the owner's own web site, or on a full page for the vacation property on our site.

When contacting the property owner, please try to make sure that you mention that you found them on our site - it works best for everyone that way - owners stay with us, more come on board, you get more choice next time etc etc!! If you do agree to rent one of the properties listed on our site, you deal directly with the owner, with whom you have your contract. Whilst we therefore cannot play a significant part in any disputes arising, we will do our best to achieve a satisfactory outcome for you in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your accommodation.

When booking a property, you will be expected to pay an initial deposit to secure it. The deposit varies between properties, but is normally taken as a percentage of the rent due for the period. Owners should acknowledge receipt of your deposit and thus confirm their acceptance of your booking for the period agreed, subject to them receiving the balance of payment within the period they specify. You may also be asked to provide a deposit to cover against damages during your stay, which will normally be retained until after your departure and returned to you if no damages occurred.
