This holiday rental apartment is part of a small residential community located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a good sized swimming pool, set in beautifully kept landscaped and terraced gardens, for you to use. From the balcony there are stunning views to the sea, mountains and Miraflores Golf Course and just a short walk away there are shops, a supermarket and a selection of restaurants. Other nearby facilities include 18 hole 72 par Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Pro-shop, Crazy Golf, Tennis, Paddle Tennis and Gym. Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance- even skiing!

The property is in the Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport. Located on the ground floor, it has a spacious Lounge/Diner leading onto a balcony with patio furniture and barbecue - with lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea, Mountains and Golf Course. There are two bedrooms (one double, one twin), both with built in wardrobes and plenty of draw space, and bathroom with a shower over the bath. This holiday accommodation is at El Mirador de Calahonda, a mature community, with spacious landscaped grounds and a large swimming pool with adjacent children's pool. On the very top floor of the apartments is a viewing platform that gives spectacular views of the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco. Close by there are a number of Bars, Restaurants and even a mini-market. It is ideally placed for family holidays as there are a host of leisure activities, suitable for all generations of the family, available within the immediate surrounding area.

The front door opens into a generous hallway with the nicely equipped American style kitchen directly ahead. To the left is the spacious Lounge/Dining area, which is tastefully furnished with ample seating for all and a formal dining suite. There is a Satellite TV which offers several English Channels and a CD/Radio/Tape Stereo Player. Patio doors lead out onto the Terrace that has wonderful views of the pool, gardens and surrounding area. The Master bedroom is a good size and has a double bed plus the luxury of a private garden terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a full suite and includes a shower over the bath. There is a second Toilet with hand-basin.

Pueblo Los Olivos is a beautifully kept complex of apartments with three swimming pools set in lovely landscaped gardens in the Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport. There are fantastic views from the wide sunny terrace across the valley to the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlas mountains of Africa. Within a short walk there are all the amenities you will need for a great holiday including the beach. Within the complex there is a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool - they are both supervised by a lifeguard during the ‘season'. There is also a third pool that is reserved for adults only.

This second floor apartment is approached by steps from the road side parking areas and is fully air-conditioned with a heating option for the cooler evenings. The entrance hallway leads into the very spacious Lounge/Diner with a generous sized and fully equipped kitchen to the right. The lounge is comfortably furnished with plump settees and there is a formal dining suite. This luxury air-conditioned two bedroom apartment offers superb holiday accommodation for the family and is in the quieter part of the complex near the second pool and overlooks the garden area. Just next door to the holiday apartments is the Santa Maria Golf Club where visiting players are made very welcome. Nearby there are sandy beaches complete with beach restaurants where you can enjoy an ice-cream, drink or meal or try the famous Nikki Beach for the upmarket party atmosphere that always lasts until the early hours of the morning.

As you walk into your third floor vacation apartment there is a separate fully equipped kitchen just to your left. Directly in front of you is the spacious beautifully furnished Lounge/Diner that leads directly onto the terrace. For your entertainment there is a Television, with a selection of channels in a number of languages, a DVD Player and a CD/Radio/Tape Player.
