Sitting on the side of a hill / small mountain in the Baix Penedes region, the house is located about 12 minutes from El Vendrell - a real Spanish small town, approximately 45 minutes from Barcelona airport by car and 1hour 15 minutes (approx) from Barcelona by train. As well as enjoying the beautiful scenery all around, there are plenty of other activities around El Vendrell, including Karting club Vendrell, the Centre de Golf, Aquapark and Rock climbing, as well as Port Aventura 35 km away. There’s a bar on the urbanization with a pool table and table-football but this is not quite within walking distance unless you’re feeling fit and energetic.
