This
beautiful, spacious Georgian house is perfect for holidays
/ weekends with friends and family. It is situated in
the centre of Aldeburgh, on the heritage coastline of Suffolk.
The house is surrounded by it’s own private walled gardens
but is only a short walk from the shops (100m), beach (50m),
excellent restaurants, tennis courts, yacht and golf clubs.
Aldeburgh
is famous for the Snape music festival held in June each year
and is close to various nature reserves and bird sanctuaries
for wonderful walks. The town of Aldeburgh itself is very
unspoilt and appeals to families who enjoy healthy, outdoor
pursuits as well as browsing in our antique shops and eating
in the fine restaurants and cafes. |

| The
House |
| This
comfortable house consists of an elegant (24’ x 19’)
south-facing drawing room with an open fireplace, Study/TV
room with open fire, DVD and video, large dining room,
a large well-equipped kitchen with full size oven, electric
hob, dishwasher, fully fitted cupboards and breakfast
table. There is also an adjacent utility-room
which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, American
fridge/freezer and microwave plus a down-stairs cloakroom.

| On
the first floor, there are three very large south-facing
bedrooms plus a smaller double. The master
bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
There are 3 further double rooms - one with a Super
King size bed, one with a King size bed and one with
full size twin beds. All the beds have duvets.
These three bedrooms share two further bathrooms. |

| On
the top floor, there are two sunny twin bedrooms, a
kitchen/dining area and a 4th bathroom. There
is also a single bedroom on the ground floor for someone
who may not care to climb the stairs. The house therefore
sleeps 13 people in comfort. Sheets and towels
for guests can be provided (including making up all
the beds prior to arrival) at an extra cost of £100.

| The
house has gas-fired central heating, plenty of hot water
and off road parking for one car. There
is free parking for further vehicles in the road at
the end of the drive or on the seafront. Regrettably
we do not accept pets and there is no smoking in the
house. The house is cleaned once a week (normally
on the changeover day) but extra cleaning services can
be provided on request. |

| The
house is surrounded by a large, enclosed walled garden
only a stone's throw from the beach. There are garden
chairs, table, sunbeds and a barbecue. |
