the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Suffolk
coastal town of Aldeburgh. Just a ten minute walk from both beach
and town, the cottage also provides easy access into the countryside
and local bird reserve. |

Cottage is detached, built about 100 years ago in Aldeburgh
on the now disused Aldeburgh - Leiston railway line. It lies
at the end of a quiet lane where three footpaths meet leading
to the beach, the town and Thorpness (1.5 miles). |

Inside
is a comfortable lounge with wood-burning stove, leather sofa
and chairs, TV and video player with video library, stereo,
plus lots of books and games to amuse the whole family. There
is also a good selection of maps, walks and local information
to help you make the most of your holiday. The lounge leads
into the conservatory which overlooks and opens into the rear
garden. It has a further sofa and card table, ideal for relaxing
on wet days. |

The
dining kitchen and adjoining utility area are very well-equipped
with plenty of crockery, utensils and everything you need
to make self-catering easy. Appliances include gas cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and
tumble drier. The rear lobby leads to the garden and provides
lots of extra storage and hanging space for coats, boots etc. |

three bedrooms (one double and two singles) are comfortably
furnished. All bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made
up ready for your arrival. Extra towels are provided for the
beach. In the pretty bathroom is a shower cubicle, corner bath
plus basin and WC. |

| Outside
is a fully enclosed south facing rear garden with garden furniture,
shed and plenty of room for relaxing, a barbeque or a game of
football. Off-street parking for two cars. |
