Now two bedroom semi detached attractive holiday cottages in Cornwall, they boast an optional private/shared garden and some river views of the river Lynher in South East Cornwall.

The cottages have Free Sat TV, DVD players, washer dryers, oven, microwave and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The twin room can be made into a bunks room allowing a cot or child bed; alternatively there is a double sofa bed* in the open living space should extra sleeping space be required.

Whilst staying in a Riverside cottage you can take advantage of the Free unlimited use of China Fleets 25m indoor heated swimming pool with flume, along with the sauna, hot tub, racquet sports, gym and exercise classes.

BBQs in the summer make this a great spot for enjoying those long summer evenings together.
The property fronts our private drive and boasts ample level parking (please note that the property is situated near to a road bridge).

Higher Tregidden is set in a secluded valley to the south of the Helford River on the Lizard Peninsular, SW Cornwall. The Lizard is unique, an ancient and mysterious place, the most southerly point of mainland Britain and somehow removed from the rest of the country. A dramatic coastline, beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves edge the rural landscape. Fishing harbours and picture book villages give the visitor a taste of the unchanging ’off the beaten track’ Cornwall. The Helford River, Gillan Creek and the Bay offer superb sailing, boating and water sports for beginners and enthusiasts and the South West Coast Path is within easy reach.

The Cob Barn (sleeps 4 adults and 2 children) and James’s Barn (sleeps 5) at Higher Tregidden are traditional Cornish farm buildings that have been converted to provide really comfortable centrally heated accommodation while keeping their original charm and character. They are surrounded by our seven acres of meadow, orchard and woodland which visitors are welcome to explore and enjoy – all tucked away down a private lane.

The Cob Barn retains a spacious open ground floor comprising living area with open beam ceiling, dining/kitchen area with table and chairs for six, and well-equipped fitted kitchen. On the first floor are three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one with children’s bunk beds - and the bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin. James's Barn has a sitting room with open beam ceiling, kitchen/dining room with table and chairs for five, and well-equipped fitted kitchen. Bedroom two, on the ground floor, has twin beds, while on the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms - a double and a single - as well as the bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin.

Halwyn is an old Cornish farmstead, with the farmhouse believed to be around 250 years old, situated in a quiet and secluded valley on the Lizard Peninsula, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We have 3 cosy and comfortable holiday homes and Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available in the farmhouse, which is also our home. The holiday homes have been converted from an old barn and the piggery. Here you will find peace and tranquillity second to none, passing traffic is a rarity, with only the sounds of nature to break the silence. The grounds at Halwyn extend to some 2 acres and include a stream, a small lake and beautiful lawned areas as well as many unusual and beautiful sub-tropical plants which grow well here with the benefit of the Gulf Stream.

Our holiday homes are all personally supervised and extremely well equipped, providing everything you need for a self catering holiday - if you should need anything else please ask. They are well decorated, clean and comfortable and are heated with electric fires and night storage heaters. Each has a colour television and video, cooker, microwave, fridge, heated towel rail and shaver sockets. The beds will be made up when you arrive and all bed linen, towels and electricity are included, as is use of our indoor heated swimming pool.

The largest cottage Courtyard Cottage has three bedrooms (2 double, 1 with bunks), while The Granary and The Hayloft each have two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 room with a double bed and set of bunks.

One of three delightful cottages situated on a working farm above the beautiful, lush valley of Lamorna, which is steeped in history and renowned for its artists, and a mere twenty minutes stroll to the cove. Near Lands End, we are an ideal location for exploring the West Country, being close to the famous Minack Theatre, Penzance and St. Ives. There are many sandy beaches nearby and wonderful walking from the doorstep to coastal footpaths. There are shops 2.5 miles away, with a pub about 0.5 mile away.

The three Cornwall holiday cottages have been converted from granite barns, all tastefully furnished to a high standard of comfort, fully equipped, warm and very cosy. All have full central heating and electricity, colour TV, video, Hi-Fi, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, high chair, duvets with linen and towels, and ample parking. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Bew Cottage is a charming converted barn, ideal for that romantic break. It has a heavily beamed lounge with log burner, and rugs on wooden floor, rustic-style kitchen / dining-room with terracotta-tiled floor. French doors from both the kitchen and the lounge lead out onto the large patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a double bedroom with wrought-iron four-poster bed and en-suite shower, a second double and a bunk-bedded room. The family bathroom has bath, wc, basin and shower cubicle. The cottage has its own peaceful, secluded garden, furnished patio - and the added luxury of a hot-tub!! Bew Cottage is available to let individually, or can be combined with the other 2 cottages to accommodate up to 21 people.

Tamar Valley Lodges are two privately owned adjacent cottages set in the Tamar Valley on the Cornwall/Devon border. The Tamar Valley is an Area of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB) and is part of the area which has World Heritage Status for historical tin and copper mining in Cornwall and Devon.

The accommodation is reversed living. The ground floor has one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, a bathroom which can be used en suite or shared, and a separate shower room with toilet. On the first floor is a spacious living/dining room with a glazed door leading to the large south facing sun deck. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge. The fully fitted kitchen is through an arch from the living area.

Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the spectacular beaches and coastline of North and South Cornwall are all within easy reach. Starfish Cottage is in the village of Crantock on the north coast of Cornwall, about 4 miles from Newquay. Crantock is a hidden gem with 3 pubs, 2 churches, 2 cafes, a tea room and a post office grocers shop. Crantock beach is owned by the National Trust and is a national treasure with beautiful soft sand, dunes, rock pools, river and excellent surf being the next bay along the coast from Fistral beach but without the crowds.

The cottage has been newly refurbished by its new owners to provide quality accommodation, with a Master bedroom, a studio bedroom with living area and balcony and two further bedrooms. The cottage sleeps 8 and is ideal for one or two families staying. The Cottage has an open fire in the comfortable living rooom together with a good selection of DVDs, Books and Magazines.
