a door to the sejour, with well-equipped kitchenette, sitting
area with 2 sofas, TV, CD player and folding dining table.
From
here doors open onto a delightful west-facing balcony, with
table and chairs for 6, and panoramic views to the Les Maures
hills.
Stairs
from the entrance hall lead to a good-sized Master bedroom
with en-suite shower room, sink and loo; the room has views
to the hills, and leads to an entirely private and very
sunny solarium with sun beds and chairs, views of luxurious
villas, apartments and hills.
The
Master bedroom also connects to a 3rd bedroom - with a bed
suitable for a toddler only. |

Cavaliere
is a pretty, unspoilt village in a protected bay, with superb
views from the beach out to Iles de Levant and beyond.
The
charming old fishing port of Le Lavandou is 10 minutes by car
or regular bus service, and has a marina for boat trips, wonderful
delicatessans, stunning restaurants and old town.
The
spectacular road east of Cavaliere leads to the glamorous St.
Tropez, where the rich and famous may be spotted on the enormous
yachts, and where there are fabulous restaurants and delightful
old streets.
Cavaliere
is within easy reach of Nice (2 hours), Marseilles, Frejus and
so much more. |

| Deposit
of £100 required at time of booking to secure dates,
non refundable; Balance / full amount due to us no later
than 8 weeks before arrival , along with a security deposit
taken against breakages/ damages key loss etc., refundable
shoud non occur within 4 weeks of departure .
We now accept credit and debit cards; Mastercard, Visa,
Visa delta and Electron, Maestro and Switch. There is no
charge for debit cards, however, credit cards will invite
a charge of 3%.
On booking, £ 100 is required to secure the booking,
non refundable. The balance / full amount due to us no later
than 8 calendar weeks before arrival, along with a security
deposit against breakages / damages etc - refundable , usually
within 1 week of departure. Security deposit is payable
by cheque or debit card - not credit card.
Baby
equipment is available to hire at £25
per stay - cot, high chair, bottle warmer, steriliser etc.

Cancellations
|
If
and in the unlikely event we have to cancel your booking , we
will return to you all monies paid to us to date only. We will
not be liable for any other costs incurred, eg travel etc.
If you cancel a booking once the deposit of £100 has been
paid, this amount is non refundable. If you change a booking,
or if a payment is returned to us by the banking system ( We reserve
the right to cancel such bookings, without refund ) an additional
fee will be payable of £50.
If
you cancel your booking with us between : -
29 – 56 days before arrival; 50 % of the full rental amount
will be payable to us,
15 – 28 days before arrival, 75 % of the full rental amount
will be payable to us
1 – 14 days before arrival, 90 % of the full rental amount
will be payable to us
On arrival day or later – 100 % of the full rental amount
will be payable to us. |
