The pretty village of Edgefield is approx. 3 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Holt in stunning North Norfolk. Rurally located 'Redbricks' is about 6 miles from the coast and such charming seaside towns and villages as Cley-next-the-sea, Wells and Blakeney as well as the magnificent Holkham beach and ultra-fashionable Burnham Market. A birdwatcher, cyclist's, angler's and walker's paradise (with plenty of things for kids to do too!), North Norfolk also counts dozens of great pubs and top restaurants among its attractions.

Redbricks is one half of a converted former Victorian schoolhouse, which is beautifully furnished and has professionally designed interior features. The large open plan kitchen-diner is fully equipped, with wood burner, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, CD player / radio etc., while a utility room houses washing machine,tumble drier, freezer and butler sink. Toad Hall is a spacious Grade II listed timber framed house, complete with Inglenook fireplace and a wealth of exposed timbers in its interior. Set in two acres of garden in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, it is within two hours drive from London, near the Heritage Coast and the ancient town of Woodbridge on the River Deben with its restaurants, pubs and antique shops. Horse riding is just along the lane and golf, fishing, sailing etc. are a short drive away.

Churchend House is a traditional 18th Century farmhouse set in the village of Slimbridge in Gloucestershire. It holds a prominent position within the village and is only 5 minutes from the world famous Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve. It is also perfect for groups of Ornithologists visiting the Wildfowl Trust. From the village you can enjoy lovely walks along the canal, as well as enjoying boat trips which take you as far as the docks in Gloucester where there are lots of shops and cafes. There are 3 pub/restaurants within walking distance, all serving good food and beer, and there is also the superb facilities within the Wildfowl trust itself. The historic cities of Gloucester and Cheltenham are a short drive away, and of course you are in a great position to explore the Cotswolds, particularly the Stroud valleys.

In few places on earth will you feel so at peace with the natural world.

These detached barn conversions are located in idyllic Cotswold countryside, close to the Windrush valley and in the area of the old Wychwood Forest, yet within easy striking distance of Burford, Oxford, Blenheim, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water. Nearby, on the banks of the Windrush, are the old ruins of Minster Lovell Hall and there are many other attractions and places of interest to be found locally.

The Barns are comfortable and very fully equipped. Both are centrally heated and facilities include satellite TV, with DVD players. There are plenty of books for those who decide to have a lazy day and large scale Ordnance Survey maps of the area are provided. Our guests also have the use of the three acre field next to the Barns, which contains some fifty varieties of wild flowers and plants.

Home Barn has a lovely cathedral roofed and beamed sitting room, with oak floors, and a feature fireplace with wood burner. The spacious farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a massive dining table for up to 15 people; a separate utility room houses a washing machine and wc. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms; three doubles (two en-suite) and two twin-bedded (one en-suite). The family bathroom has a bath plus a separate high-pressure shower unit. Home Barn is very spacious and well suited to acting as a central living area, where more than one family or a group of friends have booked both barns. The Old Byre sleeps three/five maximum, in 1 double and 1 single, with a double convertible sofa-bed in the lounge for aditional guests. There is a first floor bathroom with shower. Hilton Farmhouse and holiday cottages are set in 25 rural acres with panoramic views of unspoilt countryside and the sea, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whinlatter is a great starting point for hundreds of walks, either through the forest, up the fells or along the lakeshore paths of Crummock Water, Buttermere and Loweswater. The visitor centre at Whinlatter is a couple of miles away and has café, bike hire and high ropes course (Go Ape), as well as a live video camera in the Osprey nest (May-August). Keswick is just 15 minutes drive away with its bustling town centre, boating on the lake and outdoor activities.

These three delightful cottages are situated on a working farm above the beautiful, lush valley of Lamorna, which is steeped in history and renowned for its artists, and a mere twenty minutes stroll to the cove. Near Lands End, we are an ideal location for exploring the West Country, being close to the famous Minack Theatre, Penzance and St. Ives. There are many sandy beaches nearby and wonderful walking from the doorstep to coastal footpaths. There are shops 2.5 miles away, with a pub about 0.5 mile away.

The three cottages have been tastefully converted from granite barns, all furnished to a high standard of comfort, fully equipped, warm and very cosy. All have full central heating and electricity, colour TV, video, Hi-Fi, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, high chair, duvets with linen and towels, and ample parking. Meadowside (sleeps 4) is a single storey barn converted to a high degree of luxury, with fully equipped kitchen / lounge area with with log burner and glorious rural views over the surrounding countryside. It has two bedrooms (large double with French doors to patio, one twin), elegant bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Bew Cottage (sleeps 6) is a charming converted barn, ideal for that romantic break. It has a heavily beamed lounge with log burner, and rustic-style kitchen / dining-room with terracotta-tiled floor. French doors from both the kitchen and the lounge lead out onto the large patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a double bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite shower, a second double and a bunk-bedded room. The family bathroom has bath, wc, basin and shower cubicle. Tremornah Cottage (sleeps 6/11) is a spacious "upside-down" converted barn, very warm and homely, with farmhouse-style kitchen / dining-room with oil-fired Aga, large beamed living room with open fire and sofa bed upstairs, and three bedrooms downstairs - one large double with additional bunk-beds, one double with extra single bed and shower cubicle, and one twin-bedded room. The family bathroom has bath, shower cubicle, wc and basin.

Stafford Croft is a newly renovated luxury bungalow which offers self catering accommodation for 10 adults and one/two children in the the pretty village of Bradwell, Derbyshire in the heart of the Peak District National Park. It is set within one acre of its own gardens in the heart of the village and just a short stroll away there are local shops, post office, bakery, several pubs/restaurants and a fish and chip shop.

The accommodation comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. There is an all electric double oven cooker, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. In the utility room there is also a washing machine for guests use. The conservatory leads off the lounge and this is also used as the dining area, it features a table which will easily extend and seat up to 12 people. In the lounge there is ample easy seating a flatscreen TV with DVD player and CD player. The lounge also has a fully sprung double bed settee for extra sleeping if needed.

Bedroom 1 is en-suite and has twin beds and one full size guest bed; the en-suite has a shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and one full size guest bed. Bedroom 3 has one sturdy adult sized bunk bed, one single bed and also a z-bed. The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a full size bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. By the side entrance there is a cloakroom which has another toilet and hand basin. The bungalow is detatched and sits in approx one acre of landscaped gardens, there is ample off road parking and secure storage is available for bikes etc.

No more than a few dozen houses, Applethwaite is the most sought-after village around Keswick, and it's not hard to see why. The village is a sleepy little hamlet, more reminiscent of Madeira than England, with hens, ducks, goats and sheep wandering over the lane. Our two warm cottages are comfortably furnished, including open fires, and have well equipped kitchens which include dishwasher, washing machine, drier and microwave.

Derwent Lea (sleeps 8) is surrounded by a lovely garden, in which children and pets can play in safety, and has lounge and dining rooms with wonderful views, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs wc and three big bedrooms - two doubles and a very big bedroom with two single beds and a set of full sized bunks.

Orchard Barn (sleeps 10/12) is great for family get-togethers or for parties of walkers and friends! The heart of the accommodation is the superb lounge and separate kitchen and dining area, with patio windows looking out due South over the magnificent view. There are 6 bedrooms (2 dbl, 3 twin, 1 with children's bunks), a shower room and a very pleasant bathroom.

Abernethy is a beautifully restored Victorian town house, sleeping up to 12, right in the heart of the famous Lake District town of Keswick. Abernethy can usually be booked for weekends, flexible mid-week or full weeks (the only exceptions are during Summer Holidays, Christmas/New Year when the booking periods are full weeks) so is ideal for celebration weekends or large/joint family holiday.

Nestling at the foot of the Pennines and enjoying uninterrupted views of the Lakeland Fells, Milburn Grange is an excellent base for walking, cycling, touring, or relaxing. In addition, within easy access there are coarse fishing lakes, 2 golf courses, and riding stables. Nearby, there are two pubs, both of which serve good food and welcome children and, within walking distance there is a village store/Post Office/garage.

Our seven self-contained cottages (some beamed) have been converted from redundant barns and are ideal for a break at any time of the year. They are centrally heated, comfortably furnished and each has a fitted, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, full-size cooker; fridge) and colour TV, two cottages have 4-poster beds and 2 have open fires. The three-bedroom cottages have a dishwasher and washing machine. Stable Cottage (2 bedrooms) also has a washing machine. In addition, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and irons in the communal laundry room.
