Flagstone Farm has six delightful barn conversions set in an idyllic 12 acres of fields and woodland rich in wildlife. Each of the barns has been tastefully converted in order to retain as many original features as possible, such as exposed beams and stonework. The buildings are some of the best insulated in the Cotswolds, with many charming features, and a high overall standard of carpeting, curtains and other soft furnishings. Available individually to sleep 2,6,8,12 or 14, in total the cottages can accommodate up to 48.

The Old Manor House is exquisitely situated in the middle of its own 70 acres of organic parkland and is approached through powered cast-iron entrance gates, down a long, private, tree-lined carriage drive passing a beautiful wildlife pond and 2 streams. The estate lies within glorious, rolling Cotswold countryside yet is not isolated being only a short drive to the vibrant, historic, University City of Oxford and a delightful Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away. There are magnificent countryside views, wonderful walks and total privacy making the estate one of the premier holiday, corporate and wedding venues in The Cotswolds.

The Old Manor House is very spacious and luxurious, full of charm and character, has 12 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (8 ensuite) and is ideal for gatherings of family, friends and colleagues. There is a stunning conservatory and dining room with under-floor heating, a historic sitting room, a Games Room, a fabulous Spa and Hot Tub and a Party Barn. Seven of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (one with a gorgeous Jacuzzi bath), plus there is a family bathroom.

We welcome you on arrival with fresh flowers and complimentary wine and nibbles. A supermarket home delivery can be arranged for you and the items put away in the cupboards and fridge/freezer prior to your arrival. Private catering can easily be arranged. Two further cottages on the Estate can be rented in conjunction with The Old Manor House to accommodate groups of up to 43 in total - Willow Cottage, sleeping 11 & Christmas Cottage, sleeping 6.
