of the Cotswolds, being situated just 2 miles from Stow
on the Wold. Although in a very peaceful and tranquil
setting, they are conveniently situated in terms of shopping
and accessibility from all major routes. |

Place |
There
is plenty to see and do in the area both in terms of touring
by car and / or walking. Within a twenty mile radius
there is Shakespeare's Stratford on Avon, the beautiful Regency
town of Cheltenham and the historic University town of Oxford.
Within a ten mile radius such delightful Cotswold gems as
Burford, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stow, Bourton on the
Water and Moreton in Marsh are to be found.
The
real essence of the Cotswolds are the beautiful unspoilt
villages, some of the best of which are literally on our
doorstep, such as Lower Slaughter above. There is
also a first-class choice of inns and restaurants within
the immediate area. |

Cottages |
| Each
of the six barns on site has been tastefully converted
in order to retain as many original features as possible,
such as exposed beams and stonework. Special emphasis
has been placed on quality, warmth and comfort.
The buildings are some of the best insulated in the
Cotswolds and have many charming features. Each
kitchen is handmade out of old pine and all bathrooms
contain pretty ceramics with quality brass fittings.
The overall standard of carpetting, curtains and other
soft furnishings ensure a luxurious 5 star standard
of comfort rarely found in holiday cottages. All
bed linen and towels are provided and the properties
are all supplied with a starter pack of washing powder,
washing up liquid, dishwasher powder and tea towels.

cottages are situated in 12 acres of fields and woodland.
We have foxes and badgers as well as many unusual and rare
birds and plants. The beautiful sunken terraced herb
garden below has both portable and permanent barbeques.
Also
on site for your convenience is a hard tennis court, a pitch
and putt course, a games block with snooker and table-tennis,
cricket net, croquet and badminton. Bicycles are available
for hire and riding, fishing and golf are to be found within
a few miles. |
