Whilst not a working farm, Trevoyan is run as a small holding so there will be small animals and farm vehicles on the premises. There is a pond at the farm, and whilst not in the garden of Wreckers it is adjacent and could be a hazard to small children. We therefore recommend that Wreckers is suitable for families with children over the age of 8.

St.Merryn is a thriving small village which boasts two pubs, three restaurants, two convenience stores, a fish and chip shop and bakers. Trevoyan is just 5 minutes drive from several stunning beaches including Porthcothan, Harlyn, Constantine, Treyarnon and Trevone, and is less than a couple of miles from the Championship Golf course at Trevose. The picturesque harbour town of Padstow is just a 10 minute drive away. Public footpaths can be reached from the boundary of the property, making it an ideal base for walkers.

Swallows is a cosy and stylish retreat for two adults plus one small baby (not walking, as there is a pond in the garden); travel cot available. The interior is full of character and style, with mellow stone walls, Cornish slate and exposed beams.

The accommodation is all on the ground floor and comprises a bright, modern living room/kitchen with comfy sofa, coffee table, TV/DVD and CD player, fully equipped modern kitchen which includes a washer/dryer, microwave, electric hob, oven and fridge/freezer, table and chairs for two.

The bedroom has a 4’ 6” bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin.

Outside, the property has its own private west facing deck with table and chairs, and its own gardens which surround the property on three sides.
