This is a pretty farm in a quiet and beautiful area of the New Forest, with direct access to the Forest's lovely walks. There are many opportunities to see the deer and other wildlife at close quarters in their natural environment. Situated on the west side of the New Forest, the farm is about 4 miles from Fordingbridge, 5 miles from Ringwood, 11 miles from Salisbury and 15 miles from Bournemouth and the coast. The local village shop is about half a mile walk or one mile by car. There is a good riding school a short distance away, and plenty of good pubs, restaurants and interesting places to visit close by.

The apartment has a small sitting room with a well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, TV and DVD. The bedroom has one double bed with en-suite shower, WC and basin. Right next door to the world famous Donkey Sanctuary, this privately owned cottage is set within the landscaped grounds of Stoneleigh Holiday Park, with all the facilities you need close at hand - including the superb indoor pool, Mini-Gym, Sauna and Solarium, tennis court and Childrens Play Park. Starfish Cottage is a very comfortable, well equipped cottage, with modern furnishing and decoration. Parking is adjacent to the cottage, and there is a laundrette and pay phone on site. One well behaved pet is welcome outside peak season.

Yetland Farm Cottages in North Devon are situated down a quiet country lane, just outside Combe Martin and in the parish of Berrynarbor. Our fields give great views of Exmoor and across the sea to South Wales, and also provide good dog walking. The village of Combe Martin has the longest village high street in the country, stretching from the small sandy beach with its rock pools, to a full two miles inland. The village was famous for its lead and silver mines as well as for strawberry growing. The village of Berrynarbor is two miles away, and can only be described as a traditional North Devon village, with its narrow streets and white washed walls, large church and traditional pub.

The cottages are all converted from 18th Century farm barns, and are situated around the old farm courtyard. All of our self catering cottages have been given a Four Star rating by the English Tourism Council, and come with free linen, towels and electricity. They range in size from one to three bedrooms, sleeping 3, 4 or 6 people plus cot. Froyz Hall Barn is set on a beautiful country estate approximately 1 mile outside the attractive market town of Halstead, with excellent facilities for shopping and eating out. This peaceful rural location includes woodland walks, cycling, a private lake for course fishing and picnics, a 40' heated swimming pool and a tennis court.

Formerly a 200 year old granary barn, the property has been recently converted to provide spacious, luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people. It has a very large 40’ sitting room with wooden floor, large new comfy sofas, wood-burning stove, dining table, TV, video, CD player and French doors opening onto the pool. Also on the ground floor there is large shower room with WC. Brand new well-equipped Christians kitchen has all modern facilities including a Range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a double bedroom with antique brass bed and en-suite bathroom with under floor heating and Lefroy Brooks suite. On the first floor there is a double / triple bedroom with single and double bed and two large sofas and TV / video - this leads into a further double bedroom with a Queen size bed. Outside, there is a fully enclosed patio with barbecue, and guests have shared use of the swimming pool (heated between May and September) and tennis court. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement, but sorry, no smokers. Babysitting can also be arranged if required.

Somersal Cottages are set on a 150 acre farm at the end of a quiet country lane on the edge of the village of Somersal Herbert in Derbyshire. The cottages comprise of a particularly delightful and exceptionally spacious detached farmhouse along with three magnificent barn conversions. In total providing accommodation for up to 60 people, they are ideally suited for family group holidays, large gatherings, reunions, weddings, celebrations, or as a corporate venue for meetings.
