Set in 90 acres of pastureland and ancient woodlands with stunning views, Middle Stanley House is a beautiful Cotswold Stone property located about 3 miles from Winchcombe - a fabulous location from which to enjoy the Cotswolds. On-site facilities include a tennis court, fishing lake, games room with a pool table and our party barn, The Havana Club. We also have a meeting room which can be used in boardroom or presentation format, suitable for seminars, small conferences, talk-ins, study groups or simply relaxing and enjoying the surroundings and being in the Cotswolds.

Middle Stanley House is a traditional 17th Century farmhouse, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated in keeping with the period, but with all modern comforts such as central heating, stylish modern bathrooms etc. The accommodation comprises spacious sitting room with open fire, colour TV and video, dining room with Antique dining table and chairs, cellar / playroom with pool table, TV room / bedroom with double futon bed, and fitted country kitchen with oil-fired Aga stove, microwave, dishwasher & fridge; a large utility room houses washing machine and drier. There are six bedrooms (1 dbl Four-Poster, 2 doubles, 3 twins - four of the bedrooms have sufficient space to accommodate a single put-you-up bed) and five bathrooms, with mixture of baths and showers, all with stylish modern fittings. For larger groups, the cottage can be rented together with adjacent The Craft Studio (sleeps 4) and / or Elmbury Cottage (sleeps 8), to accommodate up to 28 people.
