Two very comfortable holiday homes in the heart of the Lake District in the French Jura, on the border of Lake Chalain, each sleeps 6.

These two cottages are situated in the heart of the Jura - the French Lake District - roughly equidistant between the airports of Geneva (90km) and Dijon (100km). Set on the edge of a forest, the cottages are only 500 metres from the beaches of Lake Chalain and 3km from a covered pool complex. Each has its own garden, with a terrace for eating out, with wonderful views of forest and mountains in this superb natural environment - perfect for nature lovers!!

Both houses have light wooden interiors, high quality equipment and cosy woodburning stoves in the living rooms. They have well-equipped kitchens, including cooker, oven, microwave-oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc, while the living rooms have sofas, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs. Each has three bedrooms (1 dbl, 2 twin) to sleep 6 people, although a cot is also provided for a baby if required. The bathroom has wc, shower and wash basin, and also houses the washing machine. Outside there are lovely gardens with covered terraces - garden furniture and barbecue are provided.
