| Extremely high quality one-bedroom cottage within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with stunning sea views, sleeps 2. | £190 - £400 | |||
Welsh Tourist Board 4 Star This extremely high quality cottage is located half way between St. Davids and Fishguard in the hamlet of Penparc, on the St. Davids Peninsula, close to the centre of the best stretch of the Pembrokeshire coast - that part that is north east of St Davids. It is situated within the protected Pembrokeshire Coast National Park - which consists principally of a strip of land following the Pembrokeshire coastline. There are extensive sea views from the good sized garden laid almost exclusively to lawn, and in particular stunning views of the cliffs around Strumble Head. One mile down a quiet country lane from the cottage and hamlet is the acclaimed village of Trefin, situated on clifftops between the famous harbours of Porthgain and beautiful Abercastle. Trefin has its own cove on the edge of the village at Aberflyn, with numerous rock pools in this small sand and shingle beach which is surrounded on three sides by rugged cliffs. Trefin is quite a bustling village with a post office, pub, an artist's gallery, a more general craft shop, and a couple of tea shops.
