It is located just 2km from the centre of Chamonix in the village of Les Praz, close to summer lifts, Chamonix golf course and walking and mountain bike trails.

On the top floor you will find 4 bedrooms sleeping 8, each with a private bathroom. All of the bedrooms step out onto a large covered balcony, which we believe has one of the best views of the Massif in the valley - perfect for an after dinner drink or BBQ spot par excellence! There is a spacious lounge with TV/DVD, stereo and library plus large comfy sofas to relax on in front of the log burning open fire.
