Two impressive converted barns, ideally placed for exploring Norfolk Coast and The Broads, sleep 6 & 7/8.

These two high quality barn conversions have views over open farmland and are just a short stroll to the long distance footpath "Weavers Way". North Walsham is about 3 miles for shopping and new public swimming pool and gym. There are wide sandy beaches at Mundesley or Happisburgh and Waxham, all little more than 6/7 miles away. The Broads for boat hire and fishing are within easy reach, as are a number of Stately Homes and National Trust properties.

Both barns have been converted to a very high standard and are extremely well equipped, with dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines etc. Weavers is wheelchair accessible throughout, whilst Mardlers has been designed to enable wheelchair access to all ground floor rooms. One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement in either property. For larger groups both barns can be rented together to sleep up to 16. Oil central heating included May to September (outside these dates @ £35 & £40 per week)

Weavers Barn has three bedrooms (1 double with ensuite bathroom, 2 twins) to sleep six people, with a light airy comfortable lounge with sofa bed, woodburning stove, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and walk in shower room.

Mardlers Barn has a fully fitted kitchen and an impressive, comfortable 35ft lounge & dining area with woodburning stove and doors to terrace. It has one double / twin bedroom with ensuite wet-room on the ground floor, while upstairs, off the splendid gallery, there is a bathroom and three bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 single with pull out bed underneath.
