Relax in the tranquillity of Norfolk's beautiful countryside. This former foundry is ideal for a quiet break or family holiday. Wander freely around the 10 acres of grounds shared by the chickens, pet the horses in their paddocks. There are more attractions and National Trust properties than you will be able to visit: Banham Zoo ½ mile, Bressingham Steam Museum 6 miles, Snetterton racing 4 miles, within 1Hr of beaches, Norfolk broads. Former barns lovingly converted offering excellent holiday accommodation. Each has a double and twin bedroom sleeping 4 +2 using the sofa bed provided.

‘The Stables' single storey cottage with bathroom, separate corner bath and shower cubicle. Lounge with open log fire for cosy winter nights. ‘Walnut Tree' and ‘Amberwell' spacious 2 storey cottages, downstairs WC, upstairs bathroom with overhead shower, with original exposed beams. ‘Barnside' single storey cottage with wet room (walk in shower, no bath). Double bedroom opening onto private patio with furniture.

All cottages have fully equipped kitchen diner, own seating areas with furniture, TV and video (small library available) and sofa bed, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, tumble dryer also available. *Indoor heated swimming pool (16 ft x 32 ft, max depth 7 ft) and spa, changing facilities, WC, shower open daily 9am - 12 noon and 4pm - 8pm. *Natural spring water from bore hole. *Duvet with linen and towels provided. *Travel cot *high chair *non-smokers only *2 well behaved dogs welcome in all properties except ‘Walnut Tree' *‘Walnut Tree' no pets. *Short breaks offered please enquire for prices.
