Situated on an arable farm on the outskirts of Burnham Market on the North Norfolk coast, this cottage is within easy distance of some renowned beautiful beaches, sailing, golf and bird watching areas. Brancaster Harbour, Holkham and Brancaster beach as well as Titchwell bird reserve are all a short drive from the cottage. Burnham Market is a very popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants.

The cottage has recently been redecorated to a high standard and refurbished to encompass "comfort with practicality". It is very well equipped with all mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler dryer, fridge/freezer, TV, video and Hi-Fi. The cottage comprises of three bedrooms - the Master double bedroom with en-suite shower and loo, one further double and one single bedroom. There is an entrance hall, fitted kitchen/dining area, sitting room with leather sofas and an electric style wood burner fire, and a downstairs bathroom shower and wc. There is a large enclosed garden with plenty of off road parking for cars and a boat! Well behaved pets by arrangement. Linen, house towels, high chair, travel cot and stair gate provided. No smoking within the house. Weekend breaks available during low and mid season.
