It holds a prominent position within the village and is only 5 minutes from the world famous Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve. Being close to the M5 and ideally located to explore the Cotswolds, this property is the perfect base for a larger family or group. It is also perfect for groups of Ornithologists visiting the Wildfowl Trust. From the village you can enjoy lovely walks along the canal, as well as enjoying boat trips which take you as far as the docks in Gloucester where there are lots of shops and cafes. There are 3 pub/restaurants within walking distance, all serving good food and beer, and there is also the superb facilities within the Wildfowl trust itself. The historic cities of Gloucester and Cheltenham are a short drive away, and of course you are in a great position to explore the Cotswolds, particularly the Stroud valleys.

The property has spacious living areas and four ensuite bedrooms to comfortably accommodate ten people. On the ground floor are the large dining room with exposed timbers and large fireplace with wood burner, fully equipped main kitchen, large lounge with exposed timbers, large fireplace and original window shutters, reception room with French doors opening to lawn, also with large fireplace, bathroom with toilet and washbasin, bath and shower, second bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin, second kitchen with two shuttered windows.
