Holmefield House is situated down a quiet country lane in the lovely coastal village of Brancaster. 1 minute from playing field with recently constructed apparatus, tennis courts, 5-a-side pitch and a short distance from a long sandy beach and the RWN Golf Club. The area is very popular for bird watching on the local nature reserves. Brancaster has a pub and shop, and a Sailing school is 1.5 miles away. Burnham Market is 4 miles away and famous for good shopping and restaurants.

An Entrance hall leads to a large kitchen and combined dining area which seats 10 and 4 round the breakfast bar. The stylish kitchen is extremely well equipped, with 2 ovens, 3 fridges, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine and dryer are in utility room next to back hall. The large sitting room has an electric fire in the open fireplace for easy holiday living, as well as Sky TV and DVD. Children's TV and DVD room. Study. Small cloakroom. This house has a spacious landing and 5 bedrooms - 1 with Super King size bed with en suite and Sky TV, 3 twin bedded rooms and 1 full sized bunk bedded room. The family bathroom has bath with shower. Garage with table tennis, large comfy sofa. Outside, the enclosed garden has barbeque, table and chairs, and there is parking for 4 cars to the front/side of the house. Please note, the cottage is suitable for family groups only. Pets also welcome by request at £25 a week each.
