Our beautiful cottages, set in 6 acres of grounds in West Devon, offer an idyllic rural retreat for adults and children alike. The cottages are set around two sunny courtyards with stunning panoramic views to Dartmoor and beyond. Children can enjoy the freedom to roam and play in the play area, feed the ducks on the wildlife pond and make friends with other children, all in a safe environment. There is plenty for adults too with our on-site facilities: a 12m x 6m indoor heated swimming pool (very popular with all our guests), sauna and games room (pool table, table tennis and motorised treadmill), grass tennis court and 9 hole pitch & putt. But if that all seems far too energetic, you can just grab yourself a book, sit back in a sunlounger and while away a couple of hours.

Nothing is far away from West Banbury. We are near the A30 making getting here and exploring Devon and Cornwall easy. Whether it�s beaches, coves, beauty spots, moors, stately homes and gardens, places of historical interest or children's/family activities you want, all are easily accessible. With a good range of pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets nearby, we can offer something for most people.

The cottages are all simply but stylishly furnished and well-equipped. Most are converted from the original farm buildings with all the character you'd expect, plus we have 3 newer spacious one-bedroom cottages. All two-bedroom cottages have a double and a twin room. With such a good range of cottages we can take large parties of family and friends, with Haybarn and Wilhayes Barn offering good, large spaces for everyone to get together. We happily take well-behaved dogs. We are open all year and offer short breaks.
