This well-equipped cosy cottage is in a peaceful and relaxing setting on the attractive village green in the small, attractive village of Litton, situated in the Peak District National Park, 4 miles North West of Bakewell. It is just a one minute walk from the Red Lion pub and the village shop is opposite, with further shops and amenities available in nearby Tideswell. There are good walks from the front door, including Monsal Dale and Litton Dale.

The cottage has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, including full gas central heating by radiators, plus a gas fire in the sitting room. The sitting / dining room has dining table, carpet, comfortable suite, colour TV, DVD player, Video player, Video & DVD library and CD Player/Radio, while the well-equipped oak kitchen includes slate floor, fridge, washing machine, microwave and electric cooker. One step up from the kitchen is the new bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin on ground floor. Upstairs there are original wooden floorboards to two bedrooms - one double (travel cot if needed) and a single with 3ft bed. All costs of heating and electricity are included in the price, as well as all bed linen and towels. Please note - we do not accept smokers or pets.
