This recently modernised non-smoking detached bungalow sits on the edge of the village of Brancaster, in an idyllic countryside setting, adjacent to the North Norfolk Coastal Path, and within a few minutes' walk of the beautiful Brancaster beach - ideal for dog walking or bird watching. Titchwell Marsh (in the next village) is one of the RSPB's most treasured reserves; for golf enthusiasts, this stretch of Norfolk features four of the finest links courses in Britain. Great restaurants and pubs abound.

The cottage is furnished to a very high standard throughout, with oil fired central heating, open fire in the sitting room and modern fitted kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher; a utility room houses washer & tumble drier. The carpeted sitting room has Colour TV/Video/DVD/Hi-Fi and upright piano, while the extensive open plan kitchen / breakfast room / large conservatory /dining room has double doors opening on to secluded rear garden. The cottage has four bedrooms - a Mezzanine bedroom with King size bed, and three downstairs bedrooms (one double, one single and one twin / double), together with the Family bathroom with corner bath (shower over), WC and washbasin. The front of the property is lawned with further lawn, shrubs and hedging at the rear with a patio area, having wooden garden furniture and BBQ. A fenced off, cosy dog kennel is in one corner of the rear garden and two well behaved dogs are welcome.
