Friars Cottage is a delightful mid-terrace self-catering cottage in Keswick in the northern Lake District. It is located in a quiet area of the town, but is only 5 minutes level walk from the centre. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished with extensive use of exposed pine, and is equipped to a very high standard to cater for every need. It provides a comfortable base for couples or families of up to four to explore the Northern Lake District.

Downstairs the cottage has a very comfortable lounge/diner and a modern, well equipped kitchen. There is also a separate utility room with dishwasher, freezer, washer/dryer and WC. Upstairs is the main double bedroom which is furnished in attractive pastel shades, a second twin bedded room and a bathroom equipped with an over-bath shower. All bedrooms have iron bedsteads and quality pine furnishings. The cottage has full gas central heating, hot water supplied by a combi-boiler, and an electric coal effect fire in the lounge. At the back of the cottage is a paved garden area with patio furniture and a barbecue. There is ample on-street parking in a quiet residential area. Prices include all gas and electricity, bed linen and towels.
