The Station Officer's House is situated at Prawle Point, the southern most tip of Devon. From the gate at the end of the garden you can explore the nearby sandy coves, go swimming off the rocks or follow the south west coastal path to a lighthouse. Prawle Point (a SSSI and AONB) is a haven for birdwatchers being the home of the rare cirl bunting. There are also plenty of good fishing spots.

The house is ideal for one family who want a lot of space or two families wanting to share a holiday without being in each others pockets. It is also perfect for a special romantic break for two. In other words it is a very flexible house; there is a fair amount of space but as it is spread out on three floors it always feels warm and comfortable. The house has five bedrooms; three double bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a single. There are two bathrooms and a shower room. A well equipped kitchen, a panelled sitting room (with television and music player) and a large dining room. Outside there is a wrap around garden and oh yes ... there is the 'secret room'.
