Westbury is a Victorian railway workers cottage located in the North Norfolk countryside about 4 miles North East of Kings Lynn. It is reached via a track, yet despite its rural aspect it is situated in the heart of the village of Roydon close the the Sandringham estate and only a 20 minute drive from the coast. It is ideally situated for seclusion away from the stresses and pressures of town or city life. The cottage is situated close to the village centre yet it is set in a tranquil location with fields to the front and woodland to the rear. Guests visiting the cottage have full access to the gardens, deck area and parking spaces. There is a large secure garden with fruiting trees and bushes, outhouses / sheds, and an outside table with seating.

The accommodation comprises Lounge with TV/Video/DVD player, wood burner and two settees (one that can convert into a double bed), Dining room with large oak dining table, four chairs and original feature fireplace and cast iron range (Not for use). The fully equipped kitchen has new automatic washing machine, electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The Conservatory has rattan three piece suite and a pine dining table with bench seats seating 4-6 people. Doors to deck and garden. Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, chest of drawers, vanity mirror, large double wardrobe, TV, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2. Two single beds, walk in cupboard, chest of drawers and vanity mirror. Leads to: Bedroom 3. Leading off bedroom 2 with bunk bed, chest of draws and water heater control panel. Bed linen is provided.
